Please write it down. With the wisdom of realizing the indivisibility of the deity and the guru, practicing such profound Dharma, during the remaining short time of life, do not spend it meaninglessly, my heart's son! This is the advice to Jamyang. Secondly, based on the words of introduction by my guru, I wonder if the boundary of abiding in reality is like this? Generally, Ati Yoga's meditation is to distinguish between mind and awareness, thereby guarding the nature of awareness, so the meaning of awareness must be recognized in the realm of understanding like reality. Furthermore, when beginners conduct many investigations into the nature of the mind, they sometimes find that they cannot express existence or non-existence in words, because they are not proficient in terminology, so they cannot label it with names like "essence," and they are in a state of not knowing what to call it, unable to transform it, and without any benefit or harm, good or bad, etc. When this state is obtained from the depths of the heart, just as knowing heat by searching for the nature of fire, the reality or awareness of all dharmas does not need to be specially sought, but is naturally seen, or exists from the beginning, so it is called awareness, not something newly revealed through realization. This knowing awareness with clarity is called mind. Mind is not reality, but it is not separate from reality. Therefore, when beginners guard their own nature, they should not cling to the appearance of non-conceptual awareness, and should not follow the ups and downs of thoughts, but should abide without fabrication. When abiding in this way, even if the appearance of object and mind is not abandoned, the nature of awareness will not be lost, but will be uninterruptedly controlled by innate mindfulness, and everything done will not exceed the scope of practice. This method, in the common treatises, does not explicitly state the method of directly indicating the method in the position of ordinary beings. Although it is explained in the treatises of Anuttara Yoga as a path, it is the unparalleled characteristic of Ati Yoga that the awareness is directly seen by the qualified guru through words. This meditation instruction lacking experience is offered to Vajra brothers and sisters. If it is well written, please praise it with words; if it is not well written, please throw it into the ashes. The conclusion obtained from my own investigation is offered to the root guru. If it is well written, it will be offered as a cloud of offerings; if it is not well written, please whip it. Written by Khyen Norpa. Secondly, the so-called mind training,

Although fame is great, in reality, regarding the present awareness that hasn't changed any color, look at what its nature is like. Saying this is this, that is that, cannot be found. Whether in samsara or nirvana, it hasn't become good or bad; that which always exists is the nature. In that state, whether good or bad thoughts arise or do not arise, they exist and are not obstructed. Without looking to see if they arise or not, without making any changes to the mind, just leave it as it is. The appearances of the six consciousnesses do not deceive awareness, and awareness does not cling to appearances. Awareness does not cling to objects, and does not follow objects. Objects and awareness do not harm each other. Whether you practice or not, in that state that always exists, protect it with un fabricated awareness and abide in it. That is the deity, that is the guru. All the view, practice, conduct, and result are in it. Even if I am about to leave, there is nothing better to say than this. Even if I am about to die, there is nothing better to say than this. Whether or not you practice depends on you. From the stillness of doing nothing, when looking at the self-face where nothing is seen, the naked, awake, inexpressible essence of view and practice, even without deliberately taking it, there is something to experience. When the goal-oriented, artificial mental clinging subsides, whatever arises transforms into waves of bliss in the Dharmadhatu, becoming a vast person without discomfort or dissatisfaction, soaring to the highest state like a great Garuda flying in the sky. When the root of thoughts, like a husk, disappears without a trace, the smiling faces of the deity and guru are seen nakedly. When the inconceivable result of practice bursts forth from within, one naturally attains the state of Samantabhadra. This was said by Khenchen Khyentse Norbu. (Incomplete) The ultimate way of liberation was not explained. In the most secret, unsurpassed yoga, the original, primordial state, the path—the three of view, practice, and conduct, and the result—the ultimate way of liberation, are explained in detail. The names of the most secret, unsurpassed tantras are briefly explained as follows: In the Uttaratantra, it says: That which proclaims the profound and vast explicandum like an ocean is the 'Tantra of the Self-Arising Awareness'; that which proclaims it as clearly as the sun is the 'Vajrasattva Heart Mirror Tantra'; that which overwhelms the lower vehicles is the 'Lion's Complete Power Great Perfection Tantra'; that which proclaims the unchanging Dharma nature is like the king of mountains...'
