All those who bear responsibility should uphold the livelihood of this community by following the example of learned, disciplined, and virtuous individuals. They should also conform to the essential points of human ethics appropriate for the times. Those with decision-making power should engage in frank discussions and make definitive decisions. They should place their hopes in the Three Jewels and learn to ensure that everything they do aligns with the Dharma. Therefore, the Khenpos, teachers, Sangha, and all who reside in this monastery should rely on this community. With a good intention for the benefit and happiness as vast as the sky, they should maintain a clear and unwavering stance on what to adopt and abandon, for the sake of the general welfare of the teachings and beings, and especially for the preservation, promotion, and propagation of the Dharma. They should spend their days and nights engaged in the activities of hearing, contemplating, and meditating. With undiminished diligence, they should extract the essence from leisure and endowment, ensuring that this unparalleled Vajrayana tradition does not decline and striving tirelessly to spread it further and further in all directions. To this end, all those who hold responsibilities and positions should carefully examine the many points recorded in these writings that distinguish what to adopt and abandon, approaching them without any ambiguity. They should cultivate a unified mindset and diligence that does not diminish their responsibilities. Regarding what needs to be refuted and established, and what needs to be abandoned and adopted, they should enforce the laws justly, without favoritism or partiality. Any additions should primarily be provided by the Khenpo Rinpoche. It is also important to immediately consult with the throne of the Labrang (Lama's residence), and oral teachings and instructions should be widely disseminated. New and extremely virtuous developments in Dharma activities that are worthy of being recorded in writing should also be continuously added and expanded. Thus, regarding the rules that are appropriate for the times and circumstances, whether lenient or strict, if anyone violates them with disrespect, carelessness, negligence, or forgetfulness, then the powerful and mighty glorious protectors, the consort and retinue, will punish them with unbearable and severe penalties. And to those who accept them properly, may they tirelessly accomplish the activities of temporary and lasting well-being, just as the Vidyadhara lineage bestows the blessings of Samaya vows.

May it be proclaimed and urged by others as well! The source of benefit and happiness for beings in this world, the teachings of the Victorious One (Buddha), reside in the lineage of the upholders of the teachings. Those who uphold pure discipline, engage in study, contemplation, and meditation, are unparalleled jewels in the three realms. May they diligently practice accordingly without being distracted, may their wealth increase like a summer ocean, may they be revered at the crown of the heads of all gods and humans, and may they flourish and spread in all directions and times! May the three lineages of vidyadharas, the lamas, the Three Jewels, the supreme deities, and the oath-bound protectors, with their compassionate intention and power, protect without distraction, and may the auspicious glory pervade the ten directions! Thus, named "White," written on the eighth day of the first autumn month of the Earth Snake year (1929) at the Lhabrang Dharma Wheel Mountain of Orgyen Mindrolling Monastery, may auspiciousness and well-being be widely and continuously spread in all directions, times, and circumstances! Subsequently, for the increasing regulations, those minor differences that cannot be left uncorrected, named "Kunjin," were amended and corrected in the Earth Male Mouse year (1948) by adding and subtracting. The suffering of beings The only medicine. The source of all happiness. May the teachings, along with gain and respect, abide for a long time! Om, may there be well-being!). The foundation of the Buddha's teachings in the snowy lands, the early translation Nyingma school, taking the wheel of Dharma of the scriptures and treasures as its emblem, receiving the empowerment of Padmasambhava's prophecy, the Dharma King, the great treasure revealer lama. Not just a partial path, but the complete path of sutra and tantra, the way of explaining and practicing, in order to make the pure tradition of the early translation lineage abide for a long time. May the root of individual liberation vows be firm, may the branches of the path of the perfections be completely round, may the fruits of the secret supreme Dharma be abundant, may this Mindrolling gathering place be established. For the Dharma activities of this monastery, the compassionate eyes for beings of the past and future, may they never close, and may this clear and distinct treatise, the basis of debate, composition, and teaching, also be granted. Those who diligently practice in this way, by doing great deeds for the Buddha's teachings, will easily achieve great temporary and long-term benefits, and it will not be long before they attain the state of Buddhahood. Therefore, the deceased Rigdzin
