It is said that beneath all the worlds, there is a great being called the color of the sun. Those who say that he created all the worlds are prohibited many times in the Buddhist scriptures. Therefore, there is no other creator, such as Ishvara. As it is said in the Bodhisattvacharyavatara: "The mind alone establishes sentient beings and the vessel world, all kinds of differences, all arise from the mind. All sentient beings are born from karma, without mind there is no karma." As it is said, here, in this formed world realm, whatever sentient beings are able to enjoy the fruits of their own karma, the common karmic basis of those beings is the luminous, indestructible six-light essence that corresponds to the vessel and sentient world realm. The east is burning black, the south is red, the north is white, the west is yellow, the top is green, and the bottom is burning blue. Thus, from the green light of the alaya essence arises the life-sustaining wind, and from the blue light below arises the downward-cleansing wind, thus forming the two winds of life and downward-cleansing. Similarly, from the black light of the east arises the equal-dwelling wind, and so on. From the upward-moving wind, the pervasive wind, the dragon, the turtle, the crab, and the deva-giving, seven winds are born, as well as the treasure-born wind that is co-emergent with the root consciousness. Thus, these ten karmic winds also converge into three functions: holding, stirring, and shaping. The pervasive wind and the deva-giving are the water element, therefore, the subtle particles of the five elements exist separately, not being objects of the senses, and are called empty particles, which gather together. The dragon and the treasure-born wind are the earth element, therefore they make the gathered substances solid. So, these four winds are the holding winds. The upward-moving wind and the crab are the fire element, therefore they ripen the held objects by stirring them. The equal-dwelling wind and the turtle wind are the wind element, therefore they move and place the stirred and ripened objects in their respective positions, such as mandalas and mountain islands, thus performing the function of shaping, therefore they are the shaping winds. The life wind and the downward-cleansing wind are the helpers of all these.

Therefore, it provides an opportunity. Thus, these seven winds mainly gather the fine particles of wind in the sky, causing them to adhere to each other, thereby forming a light and moving wind circle, which is round in shape, with a diameter of four hundred thousand yojanas, a circumference of one million two hundred thousand yojanas, and a thickness of fifty thousand yojanas, ultimately standing upright. Within its support, the fine particles of fire from the southern red rays adhere to each other, thereby forming a fire circle with wind, like an electric charge, with a circumference of nine hundred thousand yojanas and a diameter of three hundred thousand yojanas, the flames at its edge burning upwards like a horse's head, hence it is called the horse-headed fire or the seventh mountain, the Vajra Mountain. Within its support, the water particles from the northern white rays adhere to each other, thereby producing clouds with wind and fire, and rain falls, thus forming a water circle with a circumference of six hundred thousand yojanas and a diameter of two hundred thousand yojanas, the edge of which floats upwards, and is called the seventh sea, the Saltwater Sea. Within its support, the earth particles from the western yellow rays adhere to each other, thereby forming a rainbow with wind, fire, and water, an immeasurable circle with a circumference of three hundred thousand yojanas and a diameter of one hundred thousand yojanas, and a thickness equal to the three circles of fire, water, and earth, all being fifty thousand yojanas, the same as the wind circle. Thus, from bottom to top, the shape of the four circles of wind, fire, water, and earth stacked is that the upper circles are located on top of the lower circles, just like a bushel fitting into a bushel. That is, the upper parts of the four circles are flush, and from the center to the edge of the earth is fifty thousand yojanas. Similarly, the size from the inner edge to the outer edge of the other three circles is also fifty thousand yojanas, which is their respective thickness. All four circles are round in shape. All of them also have the particles of the sky element pervading them, thus providing space for other tangible things. After that, the collection of the four elements is still violently stirred, and the essence of fine and coarse earth and stones forms mountains, islands, etc., up to the surrounding edge. That is, on top of the earth circle, in a protruding manner, is the center
