如所安立，（藏文：བཾ་，梵文天城体：vam，梵文罗马拟音：vam，汉语字面意思：邦）字化为光点融入自身心间，生起极为稳固的明觉体验。当晚梦中，在一座悦意的楼阁里，至尊上师大自在主，身放光彩，发髻高耸，圆满赐予空行母的诀窍。此外，还从这位上师处听受了大圆满长寿灌顶，以及绒塘心滴的灌顶传承，怙主命轮和吉祥天女法的相关内容。从洛扎返回，在前往羌塘的途中，夜晚在宿营地，出现了极其恐怖的厉鬼幻象。当观照自面时，将怖畏显现认知为自明的妙力，稍作休息。梦见一位深蓝色、光彩夺目的空行母，佩戴骨饰，口饮盛满人头颅骨的脑血，安坐于尸体之上，赐予断除能所执着的诀窍秘密，醒来后，将梦境融入实修，从而获得了战胜障碍的征兆。二十七岁时，在拉萨，从嘉喀邬孜多吉泽丹处，听受了达亚派系的色琼宁卓玛，从洛曲米巴祖顿阿旺彭措处，听受了那若东竹的灌顶传承，多衮列丹的灌顶传承，普巴奔那的传承等。其他时候，还听受了恰喀仲布玛的部分法类，托热口诀嘎乌卡交，赞宗，长寿修法甘露丸，寿命占卜，邬金林巴的遍入龟母，以及用咒语治疗麻疹的修法记录。从扎桑曲杰成就自在色顿图却沃巴处，从此时开始先后听受了空行心滴和北方伏藏心髓修法的灌顶传承和引导，大悲观音度化一切有情，长寿佛报身，自在宝生佛，马头明王降伏傲慢，护法神总集，咒护法一髻母，长寿五姊妹的古汝寂猛等的灌顶传承。二十九岁木虎年十二月，为利益佛教和众生，萨迦大德昆钦父子莅临扎塘，前去拜见，从大德索南旺秋处，听受了萨洛的小金刚橛，喜金刚等。

Returning from Lhodrak, on the way to Changtang, on a night when I was camping, unbearable and terrifying apparitions of oath-breakers and spirits occurred. When I looked at my own face, I recognized the fearful appearances as the power of self-awareness, and after resting for a while, I dreamt that a dark blue dakini, radiant and adorned with bone ornaments, was drinking brain blood filling a human skull, and sitting on a corpse, she bestowed the secret essence of the instructions for cutting through grasping and fixation. Upon awakening, I applied the meaning of the dream to my practice, and thus obtained the sign of overcoming obstacles. At the age of twenty-seven, in Lhasa, from Gyakhar Umdze Dorje Tseten, I heard the Serkhyung Nyintholma of the Darphyar tradition, and from Lokchu Mikpa Zurton Ngawang Phuntsok, I heard the empowerment and transmission of Narok Dongtruk, the empowerment and transmission of Dokon Lekden, and the transmission of Phurba Bum Nak, etc. At other times, I also heard some of the Dharma sections of Charkha Drumbu Ma, the oral instructions of Tadrul Gaukha Jyor, Tsen Zung, the life accomplishment essence extraction Tsepra Tagpa, Orgyen Lingpa's Khyapjuk Rusbalma, and the practice records of curing smallpox with mantras. From Trazang Chöje, the accomplished master Seton Tukchok Öbar, starting from this time, I heard successively the empowerment, transmission, and instructions of the Khandro Nyingtik and the Northern Treasure Mind Accomplishment, the Great Compassionate One Who Liberates All Beings, Amitayus Sambhogakaya, the Empowerment of Ratnasambhava, Hayagriva Who Subdues Arrogance, the Complete Protector of the Teachings, the Mantra Protector Ekajati, and the empowerments and transmissions of the peaceful and wrathful forms of Guru Tseringma. In the twelfth month of the Wood Tiger year, at the age of twenty-nine, the protectors of the teachings and beings, the Sakya Dagchen father and son, arrived in Dratang, and I went to meet them. From Dagchen Sonam Wangchuk, I heard the small Vajrakilaya of Salo, Hevajra, etc.
