Having dispatched his younger brother, Kunga Tsultrim, he arrived precisely at the time of the initial joyous feast, appearing as if the very first to offer gifts. This was entirely due to the power of the extraordinary auspicious connection arising from the purity of heart. On the sixth day of the seventh month, he bestowed the empowerment and transmission of the Great Compassionate One, the Union of Blissful Ones, to the monastic assembly. From the monastery, he invited the Vajradhara Kunga Sangdrub of Dechen Phodrangpa, and beginning on the eleventh, he successively received the empowerments and transmissions of the Kalachakra Oral Tradition lineage, the Guhyasamaja Arya lineage, the Hevajra Luipa lineage, the Bhairava Rolang Gyepa, the Yamantaka Black Enemy, the Red Enemy, and Sarvavid, along with the sadhana mandalas of these, the Differentiation of the Three Vows, the Illuminating Intent of the Sage, the Entrance for the Wise, and the transmissions of the Treasury of Excellent Sayings. The Joden assembly, Depa Chosang, and the monk Samten Chen offered an extensive stable residence in the chambers related to the longevity ritual. On the twenty-second, he bestowed the blessings of Naropa's Khechari to Shabdrung Rinpoche and his entourage, Lama Dechen Phodrangpa, and Kanjurpa, among others. On the twenty-fourth, he presented extensive farewell gifts to Dechen Phodrangpa. During these times, he also successively composed the biography of his father, the great Rigdzin, the history of his own terma discoveries, and the supplementary texts for the Great Compassion ritual. At the autumn Dharma assembly in the eighth month, Shabdrung and his entourage, his younger brother, his elderly and young mothers, and the monastic assembly gathered as a vast assembly of fortunate ones. On the twelfth, he prepared for the empowerment of the Great Compassionate One, the Union of Blissful Ones, and on the thirteenth, he had new precious body ornaments made, personally donning them and entering into the attire of a Chakravartin, extensively bestowing the actual empowerment and transmission, including the supreme empowerment. The next morning, he bestowed the transmission of the Great Compassionate One's Pusti text. In the afternoon, he bestowed the longevity empowerment and transmission of the Union of Blissful Ones, as well as the transmissions of the Supplementary Heart Essence Adornment, the Secret Biography Illusion Vajra Play, and the Terma History Joy for the Fortunate. On the nineteenth, from Mondrub, offerings of excellent and extensive gifts were presented, and the monastic assembly performed the longevity ritual.

For the scribes of Epa, bestowed the longevity empowerment.
