For the entertainers such as drummers, singers, and dancers, gifts were given to each of them to their satisfaction. To the more than seven thousand people who gathered to watch the performances, excellent wine was generously given, making everyone satisfied. On the twenty-seventh day, audiences, touch blessings, empowerments, and blessings were continuously bestowed upon many people of high and low status, fulfilling their individual wishes. On the twenty-eighth day, Chöje Pema Garwang offered many items such as clothes that he had received as offerings, and a grand hundred-offering was performed. From Smon Drub, the empowerment of the longevity tent and the liberation from curses were also bestowed. Starting from the twenty-ninth, the teachings and transmissions of the Vima Nyingtik were initiated for the lineage holders of Shabdrung, the incarnations of Palri, the incarnations of Tangdrok, Lama Merak, and many other resident and visiting lamas and devotees. On that day, the sisters Sonam Palzom elaborately created a mandala and offered precious gold, silver, and jade ornaments and earrings, and the esteemed one, together with his father and sons, went to make prayers for it. On the first day of the latter part of the eighth month, introductions were given to the previous guides. On the second day, the teachings and transmissions of the "Clear Explanation of Religious Practices" were given to the previous Dharma students, as well as Rabjampa Lobsang Tashi and the entire monastic community. That night, the life-force entrustment of the Wrathful Five Families and the Great Gods was given to a small group including Orgyen Rangdrol. On the third day, the transmissions of the Root Tantra and Secret Essence were given to the Dharma students who had gathered from various places, as well as about forty new monks from the monastery. On the fourth day, extensive farewell gifts and respectful send-offs were given to the officials and attendants of Japa Shabdrung. On the fifth day, the elaborate empowerment was given to those who had previously listened to the Nyingtik. On the sixth day, the Yangchenma according to the tradition of Kunkhyen Chöje was given to the Shabdrung brothers, the two incarnations, Rabjampa Lobsang Tashi, and others.

Granted empowerment and instructions. From that day on, Shabdrung and his disciples, two reincarnated lamas, and about fifteen of us seekers of Dharma also began to receive teachings on the Vima Nyingthig. On the seventh, Rabjampa Lobsang Tashi was granted the transmission of the monastery's daily recitations. On the ninth, many scattered instructions were given on the practice of the Great Compassionate One, the Gathering of All the Sugatas, and so on. On the tenth, the central government specially sent a huge thangka of Shakyamuni Buddha surrounded by the Sixteen Arhats, made of exquisite materials and craftsmanship, and of immeasurable value. When the thangka arrived, the sky was clear and free of dust, and from the west appeared soft rainbow clouds, trees as splendid as piles of kusha grass and peacock feathers, and other wonderful auspicious signs, which became a common auspicious omen for all beings, causing everyone to marvel. This was because the noble lord, Manjushri, the great Dharma king, who possessed incomparable merit and wisdom, with his pure eyes of wisdom, greatly loved this venerable one, and constantly looked after him with encouraging and appreciative compassionate eyes. Not only that, but every year he also gave two complete sets of clothes, and specially sent swift horses to carry letters of condolence and valuable gifts, as well as a continuous stream of farewell gifts, etc., showing that he was happy to fulfill all the venerable one's wishes. On the morning of the eleventh, the local guardian deity Tsin Yangchen Drolma offered a auspicious white cushion, held a grand feast gathering and other ceremonies, and in conjunction with the ritual of Amitayus, offered a long life prayer. Serdzi Bentsangpa and Gyaling monastic community also offered consecration gifts. The next day, Rabjampa Lobsang Tashi received generous gifts from all sides and returned with the gifts. On the fourteenth, the monastic community was invited to the refuge of Kangchigma's deceased residence.
