Furthermore, when performing the tenth-day offering, Guru Padmasambhava arrived with his retinue of dakinis and bestowed blessings. The dakinis of Te-dro prophesied that he would go to Bumthang. There, he performed the peaceful and wrathful deity's fulfillment and confession for a long time. On a steep cliff that people could not pass, he erected victory banners and flags. There, he accepted many beings and awakened their potential on the path to liberation. On the way back to Lhasa, when the Yarlung people tried to obstruct him, he used invisible illusions to turn those evil people blind. When offering and praying to the Jowo statue, rays of light emanated from the statue, and countless Buddhas and Bodhisattvas appeared in the sky above, bestowing blessings, and many oath-bound protectors took oaths like servants. When he went to Shukseb, he saw signs of unrest in Tibet due to the earth-pig year's conflict, so he turned towards going to Lhomon in the south. The local deities such as Kha Ri welcomed him from all directions. At the sacred site of Laya Manthang, many fortunate ones, led by Khenchen, respectfully made offerings, and he ripened them with the teachings of the profound path. In remote and dark places like Bumthang and Ngalong, he illuminated the path to liberation with the light of Dharma, such as empowerment, guidance, and mind training, according to their individual capacities. He named the gathering of many who desired liberation as "Liberation Island" and stayed there for a while. Later, the dignitaries of Lhodrak invited him to the sacred sites of Laya Lhalung and Manthang, where he gave the complete empowerment and guidance of the Secret Essence to a gathering of thousands, mainly monks, and especially entrusted the teachings to Khenchen Gedun Gyaltsen, giving him the responsibility of upholding the doctrine. In Yarlung, Trhipon Dorje Gyaltsen offered with devotion. He bestowed the Dakini Heart Essence to fifteen fortunate ones and turned the wheel of Dharma extensively to many gatherings. Due to his wisdom, realization, and activities, Phagdru Tashi became devoted and offered him generously in Gyurpo Zhung for a long time, and he bestowed the empowerment and guidance of the Heart Essence to a gathering of two thousand people. In Gongkar, he guided Situ Rinpoche and others with many empowerments and teachings. The Sakya Lama Dampa and Sangphu Drakzang submitted letters with questions to resolve doubts about philosophical views, and he made them respectful and satisfied with answers that were in accordance with the Dharma. In the Ling of Kyisho Sangdar,

The abbot of Tö, Yön Gyamba, and others were present and made many offerings and Dharma inquiries, and you defeated their arrogance with answers that were in accordance with scripture and reason. You satisfied them with ten gold srangs and many other items. When you went to Lhasa, many monks greeted you with yellow rows. On the road between the two Lhasas, you extensively turned the wheel of Dharma, such as generating bodhicitta, on a Dharma throne that had been erected. Many arrogant people were subdued by scripture and reason and placed in the state of faith. You offered to the sacred sites and widely promoted the accumulation of merit in many monastic communities of teaching and practice, and dedicated it to the flourishing of the benefit and happiness of the teachings and beings. When you went to Nyipu Shuksep, you ripened more than a thousand fortunate people with the profound path of Dzogchen, and then invited them to U-Tsang. At Kharwa-ri, Situ Shakya Zangpo made offerings. You blessed them with many empowerments and instructions. After paying the summer retreat fees, from the hillside above Grog Ugyen Monastery to the base of Madak Rock, about forty Dharma-teaching teachers, including the Khenpo and teachers of Drikung, and many great lay and ordained people, gathered to listen to the Dharma, totaling three thousand people. You taught them the empowerment, guidance, and supporting texts of the Clear Light Vajra Essence (འོད་གསལ་རྡོ་རྗེ་སྙིང་པོ,Sanskrit: prabhāsvaravajragarbha,Romanized Sanskrit: prabhasvara-vajra-garbha,Literal meaning: Clear Light Vajra Essence), and also satisfied them with a great distribution of many items. Again, in order to increase the ability to benefit others a hundredfold, you bestowed in detail the uncommon instructions and tantric commentaries, such as the Supreme Empowerment. At the feast gathering at the end of the Dharma session, you said, "This is the only time that we, teacher and students, will turn the wheel of Dharma and hold a feast gathering together. You must renounce this life and attain the essence of eternal happiness through the profound path," and you gave earnest instructions. You made offerings and prayers at Zhwa Lhakhang. There, when you preached the Dharma in the marketplace, a wonderful rain of flowers fell. Due to the invitation of the six patron families of Samye, you received offerings from many faithful people in Gyama, and you bestowed teachings according to their needs, and then you went to Chimpu. For the many Dharma listeners who had gathered, you established the supreme secret guidance, and because the gathering was so large, you gave the non-conceptual empowerment for many consecutive days, until the sixteenth. Then you said: "I am the un abiding lotus activity force, I will go to the stable land of immortal great bliss. The victorious god of war, and the merchant who accomplishes all purposes in the ocean."
