The main focus is on dwelling in one place, subduing the places where afflictions arise, and among the two, antidote and relying on antidote, mainly practice relying on antidote. Do not invert. It means to abandon the six inversions: being unable to endure the hardships of practicing Dharma, yet enduring the suffering of conquering enemies, protecting relatives, etc., this is inverted endurance; not desiring the Dharma of scripture and realization, yet craving the wealth of this life, this is inverted desire; not tasting the flavor of practice, yet tasting the pleasure of the world, this is inverted taste; not cultivating compassion for the powerful who commit evil, yet cultivating compassion for those who practice asceticism for the sake of Dharma, this is inverted compassion; not making effort to encourage Dharma, yet striving for the glory of this life, this is inverted effort; not rejoicing in the happiness and virtue of others, yet rejoicing in the suffering of those who harm, this is inverted rejoicing. Having abandoned these six inversions, one should practice the six non-inverted behaviors. Do not alternate. It means not to treat practice as paying taxes, not to treat practice as completing tasks, but to practice continuously at all times and in all places. Train thoroughly. It means not having many other thoughts, but focusing on training the mind itself. Be liberated from the two, discernment and observation. It means whether the hearing, thinking, and meditation that one has done have become antidotes to afflictions or not, whether one's words and actions are consistent or not, etc., through repeated discernment and observation of one's own mind, one should be liberated from the battlefield of afflictions. Do not blame. It means that whether it is helping others or practicing Dharma oneself, one should not blame others for anything. Do not retaliate. It means that when others say bad words or do harmful actions to oneself, one should not retaliate. Do not be fickle. It means that when associating with others, one should avoid rapid mood swings. Do not desire great fame. It means that for all practices that are mainly for the benefit of others, one should not even expect others to say a word of praise, or even just to gain a little fame. In short, one should abide properly in the vows and teachings, and at all times and in all places, strive in every way to increase the two aspects of Bodhicitta like a summer river. By reversing the habitual wrong thoughts and actions, one naturally enters the supreme path of liberation, and by protecting the common and special vows and teachings without letting them decline, this is the path that pleases the Buddhas. Then. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

At this time when the five degenerations are rampant, transforming the path to enlightenment into use, This essence of nectar of secret instructions is transmitted from Gser gling pa (Golden Island Master).' The five degenerations refer to the degeneration of time, beings, lifespan, afflictions, and views. At this time when these five are extremely prevalent, the causes of happiness are few and the causes of suffering are many. Therefore, one should focus on the uncommon key points of taking the path into use, like turning poison into medicine, the essence of nectar of secret instructions for transforming adverse conditions into the path to enlightenment. This is mainly transmitted from the great scholar Gser gling pa.' The above are vajra words of oral transmission that came from India. Below it says: 'The karma of past habits awakens, because one's own mind has much devotion, disregarding suffering and bad reputation, I requested the secret instructions for taming self-grasping. Now, even if I die, I have no regrets.' This tells of how the great teacher 'Chad ka pa obtained these secret instructions through great hardship and practiced them, generating the Bodhicitta of cherishing others more than oneself, and expressing his joy and confidence. Originally, these root verses existed only as oral transmissions, and later, the one who wrote them down was mainly 'Chad ka pa. Thus, through the three aspects of preparation, main practice, and conclusion, the person who practices mind training, his body can also be called a city that is the source of great bliss, because he can transform the causes of suffering into the causes of happiness. Therefore, all writings should be integrated, and for the secret instructions of cultivating Bodhicitta, one should strive in every way to accomplish the perfection of both benefits. The omniscient scriptures are as deep and vast as the ocean, churned by the wind of wisdom and diligence, The stream of immaculate nectar of secret instructions, now clearly descends in the land of snow. This is the ultimate intention of all Buddhas, this is the ultimate realm of activity of all Bodhisattvas, This is the ultimate essence of all collections of teachings, this is the ultimate sustenance for all beings, It heals the sickness of afflictions of all beings without exception, it removes all stains of faults, It is specially prepared for the feast of the fortunate ones who wish to enjoy the glory of deathless great bliss. Those with evil minds who have entered the holes of attachment do not see the net of a thousand lights of good speech, They do not taste the stream of immaculate nectar, Alas! What benefit is there for them? And how can it help? The sun of the Buddha's teachings rises in the east --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
