Bodhisattvas also wholeheartedly take on all virtuous roots and contemplate them maturing in all sentient beings. Thus, may people be free from sin and suffering, generate the supreme Bodhicitta, perfect the two accumulations, and contemplate attaining Buddhahood. Then, contemplate the external world as a vast and expansive vessel of precious jewels, cutting one's own body into pieces and contemplating it filled with flesh and blood. Focusing on this, recite Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Meaning: Perfection), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Meaning: Arising), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Subduing) three times, contemplating it transforming into nectar. Contemplate the wisdom nectar descending from the hearts of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, also filling it. Contemplate the nectar and essence of the Thirty-three Heavens, Uttarakuru, and the entire world filling it. Then, first offer the nectar to the Lama and Yidam deities, then offer it to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and finally offer it to the six realms of beings, contemplating that they all attain the Dharmakaya of non-conceptual wisdom. Thus, the body is given to sentient beings and is gone, while the mind is left in a state of no inherent existence. The contemplation and recitation of the Yidam continue as before, and the roots of virtue are dedicated. Transforming the body into as many grains of sand as there are in the Ganges River, taking on the suffering of the six realms. The third chapter ends. Fourth Chapter: Mind Training Based on Flesh and Blood The Fourth Chapter, called Mind Training Based on Flesh and Blood. In order to attain Buddhahood for the benefit of sentient beings, I will practice mind training based on flesh and blood. Thinking in this way, contemplate your house filled with flesh and blood, gathering all the hungry ghosts who delight in flesh and blood. Contemplate those who like flesh eating flesh, those who like blood drinking blood, the head being taken by the Yaksha demon king, the feet being taken by the Rakshasa queen, and the middle parts being taken by various gods and demons. If you are in a hurry, eat it raw; if you are not in a hurry, cook it and eat it. Give as much as you can, letting them eat flesh, drink blood, and even chew all the bones. Thus, the body is given to them, and the mind is left in a state of no inherent existence. Then, contemplate the mind expanding, filling the area within the iron fence, the valley, and even the entire world with flesh and blood. It is said that if you want to get up, dedicate the merit and contemplate it as a dream. The fourth chapter, giving away flesh and blood, ends. Fifth Chapter: Mind Training Based on Torma and Sixth Chapter: Mind Training Based on the Elements Fifth Chapter, Mind Training Based on Torma --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The practice: For the sake of all sentient beings, I shall attain Buddhahood. For that purpose, I shall cultivate my mind by relying on the offering of torma. Thinking in this way, visualize the external world as a vast and expansive realm of jewels. Cut your own body into pieces, visualize filling the container, and recite three times Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Perfection), Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Arising), Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Subduing), visualizing it transforming into nectar. Recite the names of the four Tathagatas, such as Ratnaketu, and visualize the Dharma protectors, such as Palgon and the goddesses, who have vowed to protect the Buddha's teachings, delighting in white things, surrounding you and receiving the offering. Recite three times: Namah Sarva Tathagata Avalokete Sambhara Sambhara Hum Homage! All Tathagatas, behold! Accumulate! Accumulate! Hum!), visualizing the Buddhas receiving the offering. Pray that all sentient beings of the six realms may partake of this vast offering of torma, and may the accumulation of merit be perfected in the minds of myself and all sentient beings. Recite the words: 'My power of merit...' Thus, the body is given away, and the mind has no inherent nature, so rest naturally in the state of no inherent nature. If you wish to arise, dedicate the merit, and visualize it as a dream or illusion. The chapter on relying on torma for mind training ends here, the fifth chapter. Chapter Six: Mind Training Based on the Elements The practice of the sixth chapter, mind training based on the elements. As stated in the 'Bodhicharyavatara': 'May I always be like the earth and the sky, and like the great elements, constantly providing for the needs of limitless beings.' Therefore, for the benefit of sentient beings, I shall attain Buddhahood. For that purpose, I shall practice mind training based on the elements. Thinking in this way, visualize the flesh and bones of your body dissolving into the external earth element. Visualize the blood and fluids dissolving into the water element. Visualize the breath dissolving into the wind element. Visualize the warmth dissolving into the fire element. Visualize the body, composed of the four elements, benefiting sentient beings through the solidity and stability of earth, benefiting sentient beings through the moisture and nourishment of water, benefiting sentient beings through the warmth and burning of fire, and benefiting sentient beings through the lightness and movement of wind. Visualize the sun and moon as your two eyes, benefiting sentient beings, visualizing that the food eaten by sentient beings is your own flesh, the clothes worn are your own skin, and the water drunk is your own blood. Then, visualize the sins and sufferings of sentient beings ripening upon yourself, and visualize all your happiness and merit being given to sentient beings.
