The practice of mind training: To attain Buddhahood for the benefit of all sentient beings. In particular, contemplate that there are eighty-four thousand types of worms in your own body. Think that you are now gathering them with worldly means, and that you will gather them with Dharma in the future. When eating food, contemplate that all the sins of sentient beings at the time of cause, and all the sufferings at the time of result, ripen completely on your own body, as if scraping leather with a razor. When exhaling, contemplate that your own happiness and virtue ripen on sentient beings. Practice these two alternately. Contemplate that the roots of virtue of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas also ripen on sentient beings through mind training. In this way, the sins of sentient beings at the time of cause and the sufferings at the time of result are eliminated. Generate the supreme Bodhicitta, perfect the two accumulations, and attain Buddhahood, also free from the sins at the time of cause and the sufferings at the time of result. Generate the supreme Bodhicitta, perfect the two accumulations, and contemplate yourself becoming the unwavering Bhagavan (世尊). Then, from the state of self-nature purity, contemplate a complete wisdom hero Bhagavan Achala (不动, Immovable) descending on the crown of your head. To this, generate faith and reverence from the heart, utter praises from the mouth, offer offerings, and pray. Then contemplate Achala dissolving from the Brahma aperture, gradually dissolving downwards, and when it reaches the heart, completely dissolving into emptiness. In this state, relax, loosen, and let go. Afterwards, if the mind can abide, let it abide. If you want to sleep, transform sleep into the key to practicing the Dharma. If facing death, this is the key to the moment of death, and it is said that the supreme accomplishment of Mahamudra can be obtained in the Bardo (intermediate state). Afterwards, if reciting mantras, the blessing is very great, because it is the recitation of body, speech, and mind. Contemplating the Yidam deity is the recitation of body, reciting the essence mantra is the recitation of speech, and contemplating emptiness is the recitation of mind. If you want to arise from this state, just as a rainbow appears in the sky, generate Bhagavan Achala from emptiness. Contemplate the wisdom hero who previously dissolved abiding on the crown of your head, generate faith and reverence from the heart, utter praises from the mouth, offer offerings, and pray. Then, if there is a Thangka, dissolve into the Thangka; if not, dissolve into a statue or stupa. Do not end in an ordinary state. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

May you abide in the state of self-nature. I take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. Recite the refuge and bodhicitta aspiration three times. Meditate on the current appearance as dreamlike and illusory. This is the first part, relying on food. The second part is mind training relying on breath. The second part, mind training relying on breath: May I attain Buddhahood for the benefit of all sentient beings. For that purpose, I will meditate on mind training relying on breath. When the breath flows inward, meditate that the suffering of all sentient beings ripens upon oneself. When the breath flows outward, meditate that one's own happiness and virtue ripen upon sentient beings. Meditate on these two alternately. Taking the root of virtue of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, take it with your mind and let it ripen upon sentient beings. In this way, one is also separated from sin and suffering. Generate the mind for supreme enlightenment. Perform the visualization and recitation of the Yidam as before. This is the second part, relying on breath. The third part is mind training to transform the body into as many grains of sand as in the Ganges River and take on the suffering of the six realms. The third part is to transform the body into as many grains of sand as in the Ganges River and take on the suffering of the six realms: May I attain Buddhahood for the benefit of all sentient beings. For that purpose, I will meditate on transforming the body into as many grains of sand as in the Ganges River and taking on the suffering of the six realms. In the place of sentient beings in hell, transform one's own body into as many grains of sand as in the Ganges River, and meditate that all the sins and sufferings of the sentient beings in hell completely ripen upon those bodies of oneself. Meditate that one's own happiness and virtue ripen upon the beings in hell. Meditate on these two alternately. Also, taking the root of virtue of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, take it with your mind and let it ripen upon the sentient beings in hell. In this way, the sentient beings in hell are separated from sin and suffering. Generate the mind for supreme enlightenment. After perfecting the two accumulations, meditate on attaining the body of gods and humans in higher realms. Similarly, meditate that pretas, animals, asuras, etc., also attain the body of gods and humans. In the human realm, transform the body into as many grains of sand as in the Ganges River, and meditate that all the sins and sufferings of humans completely ripen upon those bodies of oneself. Meditate that one's own happiness and virtue ripen upon humans. Meditate on these two alternately.
