Four, the second part is: 'I' have twenty aspects to consider. The third part is divided into three aspects: 4-874 First, abandoning attachment to the benefit of others due to inability; second, abandoning attachment to relatives, dwellings, and pleasures, thereby generating joy in solitude; third, abandoning attachment to the body, etc., thereby being advised to rely on solitary places. There are sixteen aspects in the forest, and thirty-six aspects in the charnel ground. The second part is abandoning conceptual thoughts, divided into two aspects: briefly indicating, and explaining in detail. This part is further divided into two aspects: abandoning desire by observing its faults, and generating joy by observing the merits of solitude. The first part is divided into three aspects: observing the fearful consequences, observing the impure nature, and observing the cause full of harm. The second part is divided into two aspects: observing impurity by relating it to the characteristics of the charnel ground, and observing impurity by relating it to the characteristics of the living. This part is further divided into two aspects: cultivating self-other equality, and cultivating self-other exchange. The first part is divided into three aspects: briefly indicating, explaining in detail how to practice, and summarizing and exhorting. The second part is divided into three aspects: equating by considering the suffering ones as oneself, equating because suffering should be abandoned, and the benefits of cultivating self-other equality. The second part is the actual operation, and eliminating disputes about it. There are twelve aspects of compassion. The third part is: just like that, there are twelve aspects. Sixteen 4-876 Meditating on pride and the sixteen afflictions, and the result of meditation. Meaning sixteen. The third part is divided into two: the method of accomplishment and the other twenty-two. In combination, one must be able to control one's own mind. This part is divided into two: Observing the faults of combining for oneself, thereby cutting off one's own mind; and eight easily practiced actions. Observing the faults of the body, thereby combining for the benefit of others. How is it done? There are forty-four methods. The third part is the subsequent teaching: therefore there are twelve. ༄། །Chapter on Wisdom The fifth chapter, the Chapter on Wisdom, is divided into three parts: elucidating the essence of what is to be expressed in a connecting manner; and four branches. Explaining the actual content in detail; and the final teaching. The second part is divided into three parts: briefly explaining Prajñāpāramitā through the two truths; explaining Prajñāpāramitā in detail through the two no-selves; and summarizing and elucidating the meaning of Prajñāpāramitā through the view that all dharmas are free from arising and ceasing. The first part is divided into three types: classification, the two relative truths, essence and the two ultimate truths, and how to attain them. There are ten types. The second part is divided into two types: meditating on the absence of self of phenomena and meditating on the absence of self of person. The first part is divided into two types: meditating on both the object and the subject as emptiness, and transforming this understanding into the path. The first part is divided into three types: refuting the arguments of the Vaibhāṣikas, and the twelve forms, etc. 4-877 Refuting the arguments of the Sautrāntikas, and the twenty-six illusion-like things. Refuting the arguments of the Cittamatrins. When there are fifty-eight types. The second part is divided into three types: the actual method of transforming this understanding into the path; refuting the arguments of the Śrāvakayāna; and briefly summarizing and elucidating the functions of the two understandings. The first part is divided into four types: partially thinking that illusion is the wrong path; and the eight illusion-like things. Completely thinking that everything is illusion is the correct path; and the eight emptinesses. From this arises the wisdom of non-appearance; and when there are four types. The accomplishment of activities does not depend on effort. As desired, there are twenty types. The second part is divided into two types: briefly explaining with scriptures; and the four truths. Explaining in detail through debate. This part is divided into four types: establishing the authority of the Mahāyāna; if there are fourteen types. Establishing the ultimate meaning from the Buddha's words; the mind has twelve types. Summarizing the main points; and the six objects. Explaining the arguments in detail. Speech has twelve types. The third part is: because of ignorance there are twenty types. The second part, meditating on the absence of self of person, is divided into four types: generally explaining the meditation on the absence of self of the six elements; and the twelve roots.
