For individual demons, there are also protection and treatment methods that come from the treasure, which are easy to practice and definitely profound. For treatment, the oral and treasure profound nine-fold instructions of Bya Khyungpa, the compilation of medical treatises is the best. Twenty-five kinds of medicine and blood mixtures, eighteen kinds of great medicines, etc., are all profound. If one is initially afflicted by spirits, taking white mustard soup will make treatment easier. The brain marrow of insects, the fetal blood of virgins, and the sword blood of heroes, these three mixed with brown sugar and given to drink, are said to stop diarrhea. Individual diseases of Naga demons, such as treating leprosy, also come from Nāga Rakṣa, etc., which are very profound. For general planets and Nagas, making standard medicine-rubbing Vajra pills, and for leprosy, etc., precious formulas with five Garuda essences are praised. ༈ For general wounds, first take internally twelve kinds of spikenard, twenty-five kinds of camphor, etc., so that the wound will not worsen. Regularly take nine kinds of great medicine mixtures, and thirteen procedures are all profound. For wounds, twenty-five kinds of cutting medicines can be used, or smeared on elm wood chips. For head fractures, the nectar triple mixture from crow eggs can be used. The Sky Dharma head medicines are all profound, and ordinary nectar triple mixtures can also alleviate minor symptoms. The mantra "ཏི་རྟི་ཀ" is very profound and applies to general drawing line medicines. For bruises, mixing equal parts of borax and quince is the best. To treat flesh wounds, mix three parts of tiger meat with one part each of saffron and bear bile, grind into a powder, dry, and sprinkle on the wound. If cutting off necrotic flesh, use three parts of white mustard containing insects, and one part each of tiger meat, camphor, bear bile, saffron, juniper, sesame, water pepper, and rapeseed, grind into a fine powder, dry, and sprinkle on the wound. Initially, if it is necessary to suppress inflammation, use inflammation medicines, especially the five Garuda essences, which are the most profound. ༈ A particularly important and crucial method is to check whether the head is fractured: Put three fingers into the mouth. If all enter, it indicates that there is no fracture. If one finger cannot enter, it indicates that there is a fracture; if two fingers cannot enter, it indicates that there is skin and flesh obstruction; if all three fingers cannot enter, it indicates that brain tissue is damaged.

If there is a hole in the bone, place a leaf-like tube on top to drain pus and serous fluid. When the wound is clearly visible, scrape away the rotten bone with an iron hook. Align bone fragments similar to animal bones with the hole, adhere them with medicinal paste, and then wrap them. If the skin is damaged, shave the hair and adhere it like head oil. Then cover it with cloth, etc. If possible, wrap it with the belly; if not, wrap it with cloth, etc. Applying it like mud, or treating it like fine sand, is also good. The internal medicine is the same as before. Bandaging method: From the boundary between black and white hair, place small wooden sticks about half a finger thick every four fingers apart, wrap and fix them with thread. Then remove the wooden sticks from the wrapping and twist them like braids. Then cover it with something like a hat. If the cheeks are swollen, like the size of peas, it is a sign of improvement, so gradually loosen it. If a hand is broken, adhere it with wound medicine. Then place a white circular plaster on top, and wrap it with rabbit fur tubes, or if you can't find them, wrap it with wool. Then you must place a wooden splint on top. If it is an arm fracture, place a thin and flexible wooden splint that is one span long on the inside and one span high on the outside, and tie it with thread. All these cloths and threads should not be wrapped too tightly, but loosely. If the fingernail color turns red and the fingers are warm, it is a sign of improvement; if the opposite is true, it is not improving. When gradually improving, the white plaster will naturally fall off. Treat the legs in the same way. When horses and cattle, etc., have fractures, also wrap them in the same way with white plaster and racing grass ash. If a finger is broken, make a splint with willow branches and wrap it. If a finger is cut off, cut it off with a sharp knife, apply butter, and treat it in the same way. If the intestines prolapse, wash the blood with lukewarm water. Heat the fats with warm water and then push them back inside. Apply musk and bear bile, and sew it up slightly. If it prolapses from the anus, there is no treatment. If the shoulder is dislocated, have one person hold it tightly from behind, and the doctor pulls from the arm. If a "click" sound is heard, it is a sign of reduction, so tie the arm around the neck.
