Showing the cause and effect, sending epidemics and diseases, sending rainless droughts, sending bad harvests, famines, hail and frost, accumulating old debts, following after relatives and friends, sending Naga diseases, leprosy and scabies, I pray that all these powers be turned back. Taking away flesh, blood, life and breath, looking at profits like an eagle, being suspicious, the harshness of the year, month, day and time, the harshness of the Parkha and Smewa, the weakness of the body, luck and power, the decline of the Bla-gnas and Lungta, I pray that all be turned back. Diseases spread like fire, bad omens darken like darkness, all bad dreams and omens be turned back. Turn back the four hundred and four types of diseases and the eighty thousand types of obstacles. Eighty-one sudden disasters be turned back. Fifteen great child demons, the harm of the Yaksha demon king, the harm of the mother demon, the harm of the oath-breaking Damtsi, the back ghost of the father's lineage, the birth ghost of the mother and child, the nine-eyed, the tomb-eyed, the four killers, the six adversaries, the seven sides, the evil demons of the evil direction, the cutters, the enemies, all harmers be turned back. The evil obstacles of the year, month, day and Rahu, the evil ghosts and evil spirits, the poor ghosts, the human skin bag, the hungry ghosts, the troublemakers, all livestock disasters be turned back. Lurking in glory, stealing power, the seeds of war, the seeds of thieves, all be turned back. Being unclear in mind, being dim and obscure, spreading rumors and gossip, bad omens in the day, all bad dreams at night be turned back. Turn back the disasters and events of this life, the obstacles to practicing the holy Dharma, the adverse conditions and obstacles that hinder the path of the next life. In short, all inauspicious things, those who have malice, hatred, harm, evil thoughts and harsh actions towards me, those who have evil intentions, are bold and reckless, have evil thoughts and wrong views, now transform them all into deities, turn back! Turn back! I pray that all the good qualities of us and our entourage will effortlessly and spontaneously increase and expand like the waxing moon. Thus saying, throw the Torma for turning back, strike the cymbals, recite any wrathful mantras you know, such as Sumba Ni. Finally, abide in the state of being free from turning back and not turning back, abide without object for a long time, and play music. Then, starting from the truth of the Three Jewels, may it be accomplished as it is.

The emanation of the wisdom wrathful one, the dark blue Garuda intensely blazing, looks outwards, striving for the sake of beings, the path from which there is never liberation is cut off. KROṂ GA RU ṬA TSA LE TSA LE HŪṂ PHAṬ. Cutting off the pursuer of the Torma. OṂ VAJRA RAKṢA RAKṢA HŪṂ PHAṬ. The vajra ground, fence, net, tent, and awning are solid and stable. Outside, the tent of various weapons, the fire of wisdom blazes intensely, the wrathful one utters fierce mantras, swirling like dust, so that even the wind of the eon cannot move. Meditate like this and then return inwards. Within the protective wheel, the front-generated Tara and her retinue reside. Under the mudra of refuge-giving, we, the ones to be protected, and our retinue are included, completely victorious over all obstacles and unfavorable circumstances. The third is the action of exchanging: replacing the offerings with new ones or replenishing them. The offering from the blessing to the verses and mantras of the text should be performed in detail as mentioned above.
