That is to say, with this virtue, may all beings be like the noble Tara. May I also, through this meditation, attain Buddhahood for the benefit of all beings. If there is no front generation support, then recite: Om, you, with sentient beings, etc., the wisdom beings depart, the samaya beings merge into oneself. Here, assuming the existence of a support, especially an image, the wisdom beings who have been invited remain firmly on these supports, and pray that all sentient beings, led by the benefactor, bestow all the supreme and common accomplishments. Om Supratiṣṭha Vajrāya Svāhā. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སུ་པྲ་ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲཱ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ सुप्रतिष्ठ वज्राय स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ supratiṣṭha vajrāya svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, well established, Vajra, Svāhā.) After reciting, perform the stabilization and scatter grains. One's own crown is marked with Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om.), the throat with Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah.), and the heart with Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ.). This protects the three doors of body, speech, and mind. The auspicious verses are as follows: Supreme teacher, worthy of worship by gods and humans, I prostrate to the Buddha, may there be well-being and auspiciousness today. Whether sentient beings go or do not go, may all of them be happy here today. Peaceful and free from attachment, worthy of worship by gods and humans, I prostrate to the Dharma, may there be well-being and auspiciousness today. Whether sentient beings... May all of them... The supreme of the assembly, worthy of worship by gods and humans, I prostrate to the Sangha, may there be well-being and auspiciousness today. Whether sentient beings... May all of them be happy here today. Whatever beings here have become gods, or reside on the earth, or dwell in the sky, may they always cherish beings with love and practice the Dharma day and night. May I and the benefactor, along with our retinue, completely overcome all adverse forces and be auspicious! Thus, declare auspiciousness, and scatter flowers and play music. This is the way to perform the daytime ritual. It is fine to practice for three days or seven days, etc. If practicing for multiple days, then replace the offerings with new ones each day. Set up and offer the four offering tormas each day. It is sufficient to just perform the torma reversal and blessing. Starting from the self-generation deity, up to the four severances, before completely dedicating the ransom offering to the gods and demons, first send it away, and then perform praises, etc. On the day of offering, when offering the ransom torma, light the butter lamps. As mentioned above, perform the reversal of the power of truth, etc., and it will be accomplished. In general, merely remembering the name of the noble Tara liberates from all fears, removes all obstacles, and especially for Mahayana practitioners, she is the sole supreme deity and protector.

Indeed, in the snowy land of Tibet, during the degenerate age, this method, being related to the seed syllable tradition, has particularly swift blessings. Compared to other Dös (Dö: ritual; Yi: benefit), diligent effort in this will
