Because it is reasonable. Relying on these, great teachers such as Jikme Jungne and Pachen Nakrin also clearly explained the method of inserting dharanis into statues and stupas, based on the practices of Indian and Nepalese teachers. In Tibet, many elaborate and concise rituals, whether based on authentic sources or not, have appeared up to the present. The fourth aspect has two parts: the general knowledge to be acquired, and the specific order of practice. First, regardless of the size of the support, the main internal contents must include the complete set of five relics. Among these, the mustard seed-like relics and the Dharma body relics, either both or any one of them, are indispensable, and it is best to have all three. The others are supplementary branches, which should be determined according to financial resources and should not be rigidly fixed. Among these, mustard seed-like relics refer to the actual relics of the Buddha and the proliferative relics from those who have attained the noble state. It is said that relics from ordinary people may be erroneous, so they are not used. If the relics of the Buddha are obtained, then even an ordinary support will be transformed into all forms of the Buddha's relics, so it is very important. Among the dharani mantras, the ones praised by the Buddha himself are the Crown Victory (Tibetan: གཙུག་ཏོར་རྣམ་རྒྱལ།,Sanskrit Devanagari: उष्णीषविजय,Sanskrit Romanization: uṣṇīṣavijaya,Literal Chinese meaning: Crown Victory), the Crown Immaculate (Tibetan: གཙུག་ཏོར་དྲི་མེད།,Sanskrit Devanagari: विमलोष्णीष,Sanskrit Romanization: vimaloṣṇīṣa,Literal Chinese meaning: Crown Immaculate), the Secret Relic (Tibetan: གསང་བ་རིང་བསྲེལ།,Sanskrit Devanagari: गुह्यधातु,Sanskrit Romanization: guhyadhātu,Literal Chinese meaning: Secret Relic), the Bodhisattva Ornament Array (Tibetan: བྱང་ཆུབ་རྒྱན་འབུམ།,Sanskrit Devanagari: बोधिसत्त्वालंकार,Sanskrit Romanization: bodhisattvālaṃkāra,Literal Chinese meaning: Bodhisattva Ornament), and the Essence of Dependent Arising (Tibetan: རྟེན་འབྲེལ་སྙིང་པོ།,Sanskrit Devanagari: प्रतीत्यसमुत्पादहृदय,Sanskrit Romanization: pratītyasamutpādahṛdaya,Literal Chinese meaning: Essence of Dependent Arising). These five great dharanis are the foundation for placing in any support, large or small, so large supports should contain all the dharanis. Small supports should also contain the essence of these dharanis, so stupas can be complete even if they only contain these dharanis and the Immaculate Light Dharani. For statues, the five groups of dharanis and their respective dharani heart mantras, near-heart mantras, etc., are the main ones. The lineage lamas, the previous lineage holders, and the scholars and siddhas of India need not be mentioned. In Tibet, only the deity mantras of one's own tradition that have not broken vows should be placed, and the Dharma protectors should mainly be those relied upon and renowned by the previous lineage holders, with other wisdom protectors as secondary. Worldly deities of various kinds should never be mixed in. Kadampa stupas, Nyingma and Smriti, and clay images of Jowo Je are the most excellent. Following the tradition of placing old, blessed images similar to these will prevent obstacles from entering the support and will complete the consecration.

Even if there is no conclusive evidence, the formation of blessings is established through valid cognition. The relics and hair of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, scholars and accomplished masters from India and Nepal, and early Tibetan masters of all schools are universally regarded as the primary supports for the blessings of all beings. Later generations, due to the pressures of time, often engage in mutually breaking vows, so in such cases, excessive pursuit of pure appearance and impartiality can become a source of fault. Therefore, one should only keep blessed objects from one's own lineage that are certain not to have broken vows. In particular, if there is a conflict of vows between oneself and the lineage of the deity in relation to relics specifically related to yidams and dharma protectors, then no matter how good that person is, they should not be allowed to participate. It is said that if the hair of a living lama is placed in a relic, it will act as a suppression, which is not appropriate. Although there is no other source, this is just a saying of some holy people who understand dependent origination. Whether or not this will happen depends on the realization and intention of that person, so it cannot be definitively stated. The bones of ordinary people should never be placed in relics, as is clearly stated in the story of Kashyapa Buddha's Parinirvana. The bones of those on the path, ordinary beings, and those with the three trainings can be placed in stupas, but that will turn the stupa into a stupa for ordinary beings. It is said that if a person of higher spiritual attainment makes prostrations and offerings, it will harm the object of offering. However, because tantra has powerful methods, it is said that if these bones are properly blessed, they can also be placed in relics. As it says in the 'Protecting the Lineage Sutra': 'Thereafter, the yogi, with mantra and mudra, empowers them, visualizing them as the form of a deity, and places them in the center of the stupa.' Therefore, performing the bone ritual properly and making many tsatsas that conform to the ritual is for the purpose of building more supports for the Dharmakaya, which has the benefit of accumulating vast merit. Therefore, when these tsatsas are placed in relics, they also become tantric stupas, which is the view of the wise. This also indicates that if the teeth and hair of a living lama are subjected to proper bone and hair rituals, and used as materials for making tsatsas or statues, then the fault is small and it is considered meaningful. The second part is divided into two parts: how to handle large relics, and how to handle medium and small relics. The first part is divided into two parts: first, preparing the items, and then placing them in the relic.
