现在使舌头成熟。鹧鸪敲打着天人的琵琶。小鸟的叫声是人非人的歌声。草原上用花朵的簇拥来装饰。天然的墓地都被彩虹环绕。自然成就之地的自性，只有具足瑜伽者才能知晓。对于成就苦行者来说是欢喜的源泉，在那里获得居住的福分。现在将要讲述第二个内容。对此，正如所说：有福德的人一切愿望都能实现。以及，在《本生经》中说：国王们依靠言辞，天神们依靠意念而成就。具足禅定者们，依靠发菩提心而一切成就。这样说来，无论谁，只要具备从善行中产生的无量福德光辉，那么，发起菩提心，或者仅仅是言辞，或者仅仅是微小的努力，也能轻易成就伟大的事业。因此，在这里，对于那些会成为损害众生的因素，或者喧嚣的集会，或者大声喧哗的言语行为不依赖，而是像梦一样成就一切所需之事的因缘，以及增上顺缘者是：雪山的福德在虚空中，慈悲日月之车行进，一切处都显现的伟大勇士，连魔军也无法摧毁的旗帜，无量增长的智悲坛城平息了白天和夜晚的痛苦。其中之一是：利他事业等等，过去已经在究竟的边际，以如来之行再三地前往。现在观世音菩萨化身大莲花，显现了以大海为基础，以莲花为心髓所庄严的刹土，展示了无量调伏四魔的奇迹。后来贤劫第六佛狮子将安住于菩提树的心髓之中等等，获得了与诸佛无二无别的不可思议的解脱。世间怙主亲自以自己的手印作为标志，不会改变成为雪域的引导者，以手印的顶髻，见即解脱自在，蓝色，金翅鸟束于顶髻，再三降临。从各个方面来衡量他们的数量，都是难以想象的。

Now ripens the tongue. The partridge strikes the celestial lute. The chirping of birds is the song of humans or non-humans. The meadow is adorned with clusters of flowers. Natural cemeteries are surrounded by rainbows. The nature of the spontaneously accomplished place is known only to those who possess yoga. For those who have accomplished asceticism, it is a source of joy, and they obtain the fortune to dwell there. Now, the second topic will be discussed. As it is said: "All wishes are fulfilled by a person with merit." And in the Jataka tales: "Kings achieve through words, gods achieve through thoughts. Those who possess meditation achieve everything through generating the mind of enlightenment." Thus, whoever possesses the immeasurable splendor of merit arising from good deeds, by generating the mind of enlightenment, or merely by words, or even by a small effort, can easily accomplish great deeds. Therefore, here, for those things that would become causes of harm to sentient beings, or noisy gatherings, or loud verbal actions, without relying on them, the causes for accomplishing whatever is needed like a dream, and the enhancers of favorable conditions are: the merit of the snowy mountains in the expanse of the sky, the chariot of compassion's sun and moon travels, the great hero who is manifest everywhere, the banner that even the armies of demons cannot subdue, the immeasurable mandala of wisdom and compassion that pacifies the suffering of day and night. One of these is: altruistic activities, etc., in the past have already repeatedly gone to the ultimate limit with the conduct of the Tathagatas. Now, Avalokiteśvara, the great lotus manifestation, has manifested the pure land adorned with the ocean as its foundation and the lotus as its essence, and has shown immeasurable miracles of subduing the four maras. Later, the sixth lamp of the Fortunate Aeon, the Lion, will dwell in the heart of enlightenment, etc., having attained inconceivable liberation equal to all the Buddhas. The Lord of the World himself, taking his own mudra as a sign, will not change in becoming the guide of the snowy land, with the crest jewel of the mudra, seeing liberates, the blue, golden-winged one bound to the crown, repeatedly comes. Measuring their numbers from all directions is unimaginable.

Holding the string of fourteen generations of incarnations. Even the name "Supreme Vajra" can liberate the bonds of samsara, destroy the desire for existence, close the great door of evil destinies, and make the path to great liberation extremely wide, easily accomplishing the deeds of the Buddhas. That is it. What is the second? Like the human god Songtsen Gampo (617？-650), he established temples and possessed sacred objects, governing politics and people in many sacred ways, and leading them to the path of liberation. As an ascetic king, he placed the Red Palace under an unrivaled dominion, ruling all beings of Han, Tibet, Mongolia, etc., guarding the borders on all four sides, and with a continuous stream of great miraculous visions, prevented all fears of this life and the next. He is the guide of the three realms, the lord of the land appointed by heaven, the decree executors who ascended the chariot of magical merit, whose aspirations and intentions of wisdom were in complete agreement, and who, both before and after, only thought of benefiting others, giving rise to great compassion, effortlessly accomplishing deeds like a wish-fulfilling jewel. These are the patrons here, wonderful examples. This is the second special quality. A land surrounded by a range of snow-white mountains! There are heroes of compassion. Their liberation is infinite, Unmatched power is proclaimed by the ten directions' guides. The holy great medicine heals the suffering of beings; The holy sun benefits without cause; The holy moon makes nectar in the mind; The holy jewel binds all who serve. Heroes of beings who benefit others! Because there is no selfish action, If they can easily bear the burden that is difficult to bear, What need is there to mention never retreating from benefiting others? The vine of the arm, the smile of the white lotus, Symbolizing the mandala of pure compassion. The lord of the activities of all the victors! Acting in this activity.
