Like granting land, unlike the constraints of hundreds of sadhana rituals, there are many instances where each establishes precedents on their own strength. Fourth, entrusting wisdom, as mentioned above, is a branch of the action tantra empowerment. Regarding this, in the many small mandalas of the action tantra, the so-called mantra empowerment, which is merely the empowerment of vase water, is actually the entrustment of mantra or the entrustment of wisdom. When combined with a condensed ritual of an action tantra deity, the deity upon whom the flower was cast in the mandala earlier, or the deity to whom one is inclined at that time, is empowered from the crown of the head with a vase that has been recited one hundred and eight times with the deity's mantra, and the mantra is repeated after the teacher's recitation. For example, the Vimala tradition of the White Umbrella of the Crown and White Dispeller, the Immaculate Crown, the ritual of the Seven Buddhas of the New Translation School, and so on. Although these two are similar only in the entrustment of mantra, because this one has the action of water, in the action tantra's own tradition, it can accomplish the activities of that deity, establishing the status of the teacher; the latter does not have the action of water, so there is a difference of superiority and inferiority. Fifth, bestowing transmission, there are two types: meditation transmission and recitation transmission, but now after bestowing meditation transmission, there is no instance of not performing recitation transmission. That is, the teacher himself practices once the meditation and recitation of the deity whose transmission is to be bestowed. The disciple's action is to offer a mandala, and request the teacher to bestow upon me the supreme mantra. If desired, one can also recite the prayer. Then, one proceeds as if reciting the transmission from the beginning of that sadhana ritual. A special feature is that during refuge and bodhicitta, one follows the recitation; if both meditation transmission and recitation transmission are performed, then during the manifestation, the disciple is visualized as the deity, and during the merging of the wisdom being, the wisdom being is also merged into the disciple. If there is an offering to the wisdom being, the teacher and disciple do it together. Like the transmission of speech blessing, after visualizing, one follows the recitation, and finally, one recites "Bhagavan..." and recites a prose-style prayer, placing a flower on the head. Reciting the remaining part of the sadhana ritual is a slightly more extensive method. If abbreviated, the disciple offers a mandala, the teacher explains the method of meditation, holds the rosary, and follows the recitation of the mantra three times, then concludes.

Having placed flowers on the crown of the head, recite "Bhagavan" and so on. Afterwards, merely offering a mandala will accomplish the meaning. From the perspective of major and minor, the former can be called the practice transmission, and the latter can be called the recitation transmission. Generally, the transmission can be bestowed on any of the four tantra divisions, and can be combined with any one of them. In particular, regarding the methods of accomplishment explained in the Action Tantra, there is still a tradition of practicing them separately. However, these transmissions should not be given without having received a complete empowerment of any large mandala. For example, a practitioner who has matured the empowerment of the Chakrasamvara wheel can be given the blessing of Vajrayogini; a practitioner who has received the empowerment of any complete tantra division can be given a subsequent permission, etc. If one gives a simplified subsequent permission without having received the empowerment, although, as mentioned above, it only plants the seed for the disciple to be able to practice recitation at that time, if the guru does not possess realization, it will be a fault of revealing secrets. In the biographies of Indian saints, it is said that they only requested the practice transmission and achieved accomplishment through practice, which refers to the situation where both the teacher and the disciple possess the necessary qualities. Generally, even after receiving the empowerment, it is necessary to specifically receive the subsequent permission, etc., of a particular deity. If one engages in practice and recitation without doing so, one will commit the fault of stealing the secret mantra. For most Dharma protectors, subsequent permissions for activities, etc., are given, but this is only a subsequent permission to accomplish a specific activity, which is very different from the permission to accomplish all the activities of the guru at the time of empowerment. In the system of the New Translation Secret Mantra, the Action Tantra, Performance Tantra, and Yoga Tantra among the nine vehicles are the same as in the Old Translation. The Anuttara Yoga is divided into three yogas, and although there are many differences in the internal classification, categorization, and elaboration, in essence, Ati Yoga can be summarized into four: with elaboration, without elaboration, extremely without elaboration, and most extremely without elaboration; Anu Yoga can be summarized into four: outer, inner, practice, and secret; Maha Yoga can be summarized into empowerments of profound and beneficial effects. For a practitioner who has received such a complete empowerment, it is also necessary to give blessings, etc., which is the same as in the New Translation. The blessing in this case is the blessing of the Treasure...
