There is a need to quickly attain both siddhis. Among them, those of superior faculties realize that all dharmas are inseparable from the mind of enlightenment, and that the very nature of mind is selflessness, free from extremes, the spontaneously arisen wisdom, beyond the duality of object and mind, and beyond arising and ceasing. Therefore, in the appearance of duality, there is no acceptance or rejection, but only seeing it as the self-arising and self-liberating play of dharmata. Those of intermediate faculties recognize phenomena and existence as deities and goddesses. Even those of inferior faculties know the nature of the five great substances. This is called taming by the nature of reality, cutting off the root of delusion, and breaking through the source of obstacles. As the root tantra says: Seeing, awareness, knowledge, and action, if you do not transcend these, you can subdue wrong views, and I and all the Buddhas will attain accomplishment. To represent such meaning, even in taming with signs and rituals, the tantra says: For those who are extremely wrathful and violent, pacification is of no benefit. From the essence of wisdom and skillful means, the wrathful one is the emanation of the Tathagata. Even the wrathful one holding wrathful forms can burn the three worlds. When all the Buddhas are wrathful, what need is there to mention burning the entire three realms? Thus, yogis and others, with the clear appearance of the deity form of the glorious blood-drinking one, the mudras, and the intensely blazing pride, summon and slay the Matrams, and then bless their bodies as a palace and dwell within it, etc. As the meaning of the words from the scriptures is being clarified for meditation, please engage in the activities of the ritual. When practitioners go to the place. Now, at the pinnacle of all vehicles, the essence of all sutras and tantras, the mandala where all the Buddhas of the Eight Great Herukas gather, the great Ganachakra is being performed. In the "Activity Manifestation Divine Speech Sutra," it says: What is called a deity is the mind of enlightenment. This is well explained in the tantra. If it is divided merely into words, it is said to be the three: ground, path, and fruit. Thus, the basis to be tamed, all sentient beings, naturally dwell in the mandala of the deity, the nature of the mind of enlightenment. However, what is to be tamed is obscured by the appearance of dualistic clinging and attachment, like something to be abandoned. What tames is the peaceful and wrathful mandala, the form of the wheel, as the path. The result of taming is the manifestation of the coemergent mudra that has been present from the beginning, a special means that is complete and perfect because it is related to what is needed.

Having established the foundation for accomplishment through the five perfections, the land is examined, cultivated, and purified, and the boundaries of the outer, inner, and secret realms are demarcated. After preliminary tasks such as drawing the mandala and arranging the decorations are completed, it is now time to settle the practitioners in their places. That is to say, the heroes who have perfected the excellent place bless the place of glorious Heruka. As described in the scriptures, it is an auspicious and pure place, endowed with the auspiciousness of the ground and the conducive conditions for accomplishing the four activities. It is a spontaneously accomplished and pleasing place. It is an outer place that possesses all the characteristics of a place for accomplishing temporary affairs. The outer and inner realms, including one's own body, are primordially pure as the mandala of deities possessing the three seats, and knowing this to be so is the inner place. All phenomena of samsara and nirvana are spontaneously accomplished in the very nature of reality, and wherever one abides, one realizes that one is dwelling in the space of the unchanging realm of Dharma, fulfilling all the characteristics of the secret place. The teacher is perfect, and the Vajra Master possesses the confidence of non-dual view. Meditation is capable of generating and perfecting stages. Conduct purifies the millionfold Maya assembly. The commands of empowerment and secret instructions descend. The meaning of the nine vehicles is comprehended.
