The colors are the same as the respective chakras. The letters of the crown and heart chakras are head down. The central channel is filled with the essence of the spring. The right Roma channel goes from top to bottom, and the left Kyangma channel goes from bottom to top, gradually arranging the nature of semen and blood. The thirty-two vowel letters are white, and the thirty-two consonant letters are red, arranged alternately. Everything starts from the front of the pulse petals and visualizes clockwise. Among them, the letters of the navel chakra are the meaning of the expression of language and the origin of all winds. The heart chakra produces the five aggregates, and the four vowels of the throat chakra produce the four gross elements. The twelve outer circles are the six senses and the six objects, that is, the twelve winds of grasping and being grasped. The crown chakra is controlled by the thirty-two elements, which are white. The four letters in the center of the wheel, starting from the navel chakra, are the essence drops of the four elements of earth, water, fire, and wind, respectively. The letters Ro and Yang are head-up. Head-down is the flow of white and red elements. The letters are the essence of the five elements, controlled by both white and red colors, which is their sign. Third, the method of taming the breath is: In this way, if you are proficient in the gaps of the pulses and drops, first exhale three times of impure air. Inhale slowly and completely, filling it with the method of connecting the lower wind and below the navel. If you feel uncomfortable, adjust by pressing the right nostril or pressing the left nostril, etc. If you cannot bear it, adjust by hiccuping, and practice the vase breathing with four combinations until any of the three measures cannot be tolerated. Second, learning the actual burning and dripping: Hold your breath. Due to the oppression of the lower wind, a wind knot rises from the mandala of the anal wind. Brahma's fire, ཀྵ(Tibetan, Devanagari kṣa, Romanized Sanskrit ksha, destroyer), rubs, and the fire and wind mix, igniting the Kundalini fire of the navel chakra, ཨཾ(Tibetan, Devanagari aṃ, Romanized Sanskrit am, seed syllable). The fire rays of the navel chakra radiate brightly, turning red like burning iron. Visualize the touch as very hot and unbearable. Then, lightning-like flames rise from the Roma channel, burning the heart chakra as before. Rising again from the Roma channel, the throat chakra is also burned. Rising again from the Roma channel, the crown chakra is also burned. The letter ཧཾ(Tibetan, Devanagari haṃ, Romanized Sanskrit ham, seed syllable)melts, and the bodhicitta descends intensely, filling the crown chakra. The dirt and mucus that were previously burned by the flames are cleared away. At this time, the bodhicitta

Having contemplated thus, the heat and suffering of the flames are pacified, and after washing, the root syllables become even clearer and brighter than before, radiating light. Then, drops of nectar, like silk threads, descend in succession, nourishing the syllables of all the chakras, such as the throat. Finally, by dissolving into the aṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable Aṃ) at the navel, one cultivates the bliss of being free from grasping and being grasped. Again, repeatedly meditate on the samadhi of burning and offering, with flames blazing from aṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable Aṃ) and nectar dripping from haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable Haṃ). From this, the subtle yoga of slightly stopping the breath arises, and the bliss that arises from it is the yoga of bindus. Third, extracting the essence: By blowing in this way, bliss and warmth are well generated, and from the blazing and dripping, the mixed white and red nectar fills the four chakras of the channels. Contemplate that it increases even more, and all the channel places of the twenty-four lands are also filled with white and red nectar. These are: Pullira Malaya at the crown of the head, Jalandhara at the center of the crown, Oddiyana at the right ear, Arbuda at the back of the neck, Gaudavari at the left ear, Rameshvara at the space between the eyebrows, Devikota at the two eyes, Malawa at the shoulders, these eight are the mind wheel of the sky-goers. Kamarupa at the armpits, Otre at the two breasts, Trisha Kuni at the navel, Kosala at the tip of the nose, Kalinga at the mouth, Lambaga at the throat, Nyanchi at the heart, Himalaya between the arms, these eight are the speech wheel of the earth-goers. Pretapuri at the genitals, Grihadevi at the anus, Rashtra at each thigh, Suvarnadvipa at the shins, Nagara at the fingers, Sindhu at the back of the feet, Maru at the thumbs, Kulunta at the knees, these eight are the body wheel of the underground-goers. Finally, contemplate that the nectar bodhicitta fills all the places of the three wheels, and great bliss fills the mindstream. One realizes the non-learning union, whose essence is pervasive and eternal, whose nature is the great union, and whose qualities are the seven branches of union. As it is said: Perfect enjoyment and union, the nature of great bliss is without cessation, pervading entirely with compassion, never ceasing, and without cessation. One should generate pride and conviction, thinking that one has manifested the state of glorious Heruka, the supreme bliss. Third, the yoga of ultimate meaning: Visualize oneself as the body of the mandala deity, and from the navel, a garland of Āli (藏文,梵文天城体:आलि,梵文罗马拟音:āli,汉语字面意思:seed syllable Āli) and Kāli (藏文,梵文天城体:कालि,梵文罗马拟音:kāli,汉语字面意思:seed syllable Kāli) appears, radiating five-colored light, and the deities of the mandala manifest. The air exhaled from the right nostril
