Just mentioning the generation stage of wisdom as the basis, that is, after the arising of Bodhicitta, analyze the sound of "Śrī Heruka Ho". Śrī (श्री) is non-dual wisdom, He (हे) is emptiness of causes, etc., Ru (रु) is separation from assembly, and Ka (क) is non-abiding anywhere. The first sentence indicates luminosity or non-manifestation, the second indicates the emptiness of the base, the third indicates the path of signlessness, and the fourth indicates the fruit of wishlessness. Meditate on the meaning indicated by these four doors of liberation. From the state of wisdom emptiness, the method wisdom is clear and uninterrupted, thereby holding the form of the four Kayas, the glorious Heruka, that is, the co-emergent bliss and emptiness, appearing like the moon, visualize clearly with the path, this is the condensed method of the three purifications of the oral tradition. Reciting the mantra in the mouth, remembering the meaning of the four liberation doors in the mind, and visualizing the body as the deity, these three gradually transform the speech, mind, and body into the purity of speech, mind, and body. The recitation of language dissolves into the breath, thereby the mind appears as luminosity, bliss emptiness, and freedom from elaboration. From such appearance, the illusory body of appearance and emptiness arises again. So, how to visualize clearly? Visualize oneself as the co-emergent glorious Heruka, the body color is white like the autumn moon, one face and two arms, holding a vajra and bell, embracing the consort. The left leg is bent, pressing on the black Bhairava, and the right leg is extended, pressing on the red Kālī. Having three eyes, bared fangs, the top of the hair standing upright has a wish-fulfilling jewel, and the face is decorated with various vajras. The consort embracing him is Vajravarahi, the body color is red, one face, two arms, and three eyes, hair is loose, wearing a crown of five dry skulls, and wearing a necklace of fifty wet human heads, having five seals, the right hand holds a curved knife, and the left hand holds a skull cup filled with blood, the right leg is bent, and the left leg is extended, embracing the consort. Both have an angry and seductive posture, abiding in the body of increasing bliss, in the midst of the flame of illusory wisdom of appearance and emptiness, contemplate that the inside of the body is like an empty bag made of white silk, and practice with one-pointed concentration. Second, the yoga of bindu

The first of the three practices is the practice of the channels. Like that, in the center of the skeleton, straight, is the Avadhuti endowed with four virtues. On the right and left are the two Rasanā and Lalanā, so there are three main channels in general. The central one is clear, the right one is Kali, and the left one is Ali, filled with white and red semen and blood. At the crown of the head are thirty-two white channel petals. At the throat is a red chakra with four petals in the inner circle and twelve in the outer circle. At the heart is a blue chakra with four petals in the inner circle and eight in the outer circle. At the navel is a yellow chakra with four petals in the inner circle and fifty-six in the outer circle. All the channel petals branch out four each from the central channel. From those four, two each branch out to the heart chakra. From the four, three each branch out with the purity of body, speech, and mind to the throat. From the right and left of the three, two each branch out to the crown of the head. From the central channel, eight roots branch out, and the branches branch out as above to the navel, those are all in the shape of two by two slightly joined together. Meditate on the empty tubes. The second is the practice of bindus. Directly in front of one's anus, there is a green wind mandala, a crescent-shaped cut facing forward, marked with the letter यं (Tibetan, Devanagari, yam, wind), which is the essence of the karma wind that can stimulate pleasure. Four fingers below the navel, at the junction of the three channels, the essence is pleasure, the touch is hot, and the form is the letter क्ष (Tibetan, Devanagari, ksha, earth), red and black arranged up and down, which is the essence of the Brahma fire with three dharmas. In the center of the navel chakra, there is the white letter मं (Tibetan, Devanagari, mam, without) with a reddish hue, which is the essence of Vajravarahi, known as Tummo and Bindu. The inner circle of the channel petals has eight: अ, क, च, ट, त, प, य, श, divided into eight groups. After that, the fifty-six are the sixteen vowels from अ आ to अं अः. The thirty-four consonants from क ख ग घ ङ to ह क्ष. Again, arrange आ ई ऊ ऋ ए ऐ, these six long vowels. In the center of the heart chakra, there is the blue letter हं (Tibetan, Devanagari, ham, empty), which is the essence of Heruka, the nature of spring. On the four channel petals in the four directions are arranged On the four corners are arranged In the center of the throat chakra, there is the red letter ओं (Tibetan, Devanagari, om, complete), which is the essence of Bindu. On the four petals of the inner circle are आ ई ऊ ऐ. On the twelve petals of the outer circle are arranged the twelve vowels except for the four ऋ ऌ. In the center of the crown chakra, there is the white letter हि (Tibetan, Devanagari, hi, giving), which is the nature of spring. On the petals are arranged the sixteen vowels identical to the inner circle of the throat, divided into two groups.
