Make seven circumambulations for each of the three, totaling twenty-one. At that time, immeasurable rays of light emanated from the bodies of the victorious ones and their sons, touching all sentient beings, including myself. Imagine that all sins, obscurations, faults, and downfalls are purified like dew touched by the sun. Recite this mantra continuously from one session until the end is completely finished. In the Great Reasoning, it also says: Then, praise the Bhagavan with bodhisattvas, recite the dharani, and circumambulate as before. Again, starting from the beginning of the sutra, prostrate, make offerings, recite the dharani mantra, circumambulate, and confess until the end is completed, repeating twice and combining to complete three times. Finally, recite the Seven Limbs, starting with "As many as...", and fully make the aspiration of the Excellent Conduct. Offering to the dead: Purify with Oṃ Āḥ Vighnānta Kṛta Hūṃ Phaṭ. Purify with Svabhāva. From emptiness, from Bhrūṃ, a precious offering plate appears, wide and vast, filled with the essence of the offering cake, transformed from the melting of the syllable Oṃ, appearing as an immeasurable cloud of desirable offerings. Bless with Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. Offer three times with the mantra of the treasury of space, starting with Namaḥ Sarva. Impartial one, may you always look upon me with eyes of compassion, and grant me constant prosperity. I have vowed to accomplish the supreme conduct of enlightenment, may this fruit of my hope also be present. If I am blinded by the darkness of ignorance, compassionate protector, why do you not have compassion for me? May your wisdom, like the fire at the end of an eon, grant me the lamp that dispels the darkness of my mind. Protector, you are endowed with great compassion, and although you do not need to be urged to act for the benefit of sentient beings, I am under the power of suffering, so I pray with longing before you, the protector. Just as parents protect without ever tiring, you strive for the benefit of beings without weariness, may you be my protector in all lifetimes. Please accept this offering and alms cake, and may we yogis have our wishes fulfilled. Then, release the three portions as usual. Famous protectors of the world, The seventy-five glorious protectors of Tsangri (place name), The eight classes of retinues, Human and non-human beings, My five kinds of offerings and, Offering sacrifices, please accept. With the diligence of those, And the glory, power, and strength, May all inauspiciousness be destroyed, May the world be happy and have good harvests. Offer to the pure place with these words. Then, after replenishing the offerings, the subsequent ritual is: Offerings are immaculate and completely pure, Various, vast, and all-encompassing, Each with great power, Suitably and peacefully arranged, they are offered. After offering with these words, confess faults with "not obtained" etc. It is also permissible to perform the stable dwelling of painted cloth and supports as in the common ritual. For the colored powder mandala, send away with "Oṃ, you with sentient beings" etc. Buddhas and bodhisattvas of the ten directions, I pray with offerings, May all sentient beings without exception, be established on the ten bhumis, May all beings attain the true nature of the Tathagata. Thus, dedicate the merit. Then, recite the auspicious verses: Scatter flowers, and recite any auspicious verses spoken by the Blessed One. Replenish the offerings again, and with cleanliness, in the first watch of the night, Starting from the general prostrations to the Sugatas up to the auspicious verses, the scripture containing the ritual should be read three times. Thirdly, whichever of these two types of rituals, it is best if it coincides with the four great festivals, as the change is greater. The dwelling should be secluded and clean, swept, and decorated with umbrellas, victory banners, flags, etc., as much as possible, and in the center of the mandala room, arrange the supports and offerings of the Three Jewels as mentioned above, arranged for comfortable circumambulation. Accumulate a large amount of incense of good fragrance, mainly sandalwood, agarwood, etc., and burn incense during the ritual. First, wash the five limbs very purely. After eating, drinking, and urinating, if possible, bathe, and if not, sprinkle water or sprinkle with bath water. Wear new, clean clothes. Take out the scripture to be recited.
