Say "Samaya Stam," and then generate a lunar mandala behind you. Say "Samaya Stam Aham," and contemplate the nature of the samaya being and the wisdom being as inseparable. Recite the essence mantra of the venerable one three times, and the samaya being and the wisdom being become one, possessing all perfections, adorned with the thirty-two major marks and eighty minor marks. In order to emanate the mandala wheels of the Tathagatas and other worldly and transworldly beings, all Buddhas empower the self. Starting from the vajra posture, with the right thumb pressing down on the left thumb, form the bodhisattva posture, bend the two index fingers into the shape of iron hooks with the tips bent inward, raise the two middle fingers together, bend the third joint, and place the tips of the two index fingers on top of the middle joint. This is the supreme mudra of the body of all Tathagatas. Place it on the crown of the head and recite: Om Bhu Kham Abhiṣiñca Mām, to empower Vairochana on the crown of the head. Place that same mudra on the forehead and recite: Vajrasattva Abhiṣiñca Mām, to empower Akshobhya. Place it above the right ear and recite: Vajraratna Abhiṣiñca Mām, to empower Ratnasambhava. Place it on the back of the head and recite: Vajradharma Abhiṣiñca Mam, to empower Amitabha. Place it behind the left ear and recite: Vajrakarma Abhiṣiñca Mam, to empower Amoghasiddhi. These are the head ornaments of the five Buddhas. Then, form the vajra anjali mudra, with the two index fingers crossed and knotted together. The two thumbs are brought together, and the two little fingers are also brought together, forming a point. Reverse the complete circling, starting from the direction of the ushnisha, and proceed in the manner of tying a garland in the four directions. Then hold it on the forehead and recite: Hum Abhiṣiñca, this is the vajra garland empowerment. Then form the vajra anjali mudra.

With the opening of the hand facing downwards, bend the two index fingers and join their tips to the thumbs, then lift it from the heart and place it on the forehead. Recite "བཛྲ་རཏྣ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་མཱཾ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Vajra Jewel Anoint Me)", making the precious garland mudra. For the Vajra knot mudra, align the two thumbs and raise them. Do not bend the knuckles of the two index fingers, and join their tips with the thumbs. Join the middle and little fingers and extend them straight, making an arrow shape, and place it on the forehead. Recite "ཨོཾ་ཨ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་མཱཾ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Om Ah Ah Anoint Me)", making the variegated Vajra garland mudra. Recite "ཨོཾ་པདྨ་མཱ་ལེ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ལོ་ཀེ་ཤྭ་ར་ས་ར་ཧྲཱིཿ(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Om Padma Male Abhisinca Lokesvara Sara Hrih)", and receive the empowerment of the lotus garland. Then, visualize tying nine knots in a white silk cloth, one cubit wide and twenty cubits long. Recite "ཨོཾ་ཊུཾ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Om Tum)" and tie a knot at the heart, and similarly at the throat, back of the neck, heart, between the breasts, again at the heart, throat, back, and forehead, encircling completely. Make the gesture of tying silk tassels behind the ears, placing the silk cloth above the two ears and pulling it upwards about four finger-widths, making a shape like the wings of a Garuda, with a graceful demeanor. Untie the knots sequentially with the right thumb and left index finger. Finally, clap the heels of the palms together and recite "བཛྲ་ཏུཥྱ་ཧོཿ(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Vajra Tusya Ho)", making them pleased. Stretch the remaining silk cloth straight to the length of the body, and receive the empowerment of the hanging silk cloth. Then, make the two Vajra fist mudras, and entwine the index and little fingers like a rosary, place it at the mouth, make the Vajra wheel hand gesture, and rotate it in all directions. Recite "ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཙཀྲ་ཧཱུྃ།(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Om Vajra Cakra Hum)" seven times, and emanate all the wheels of the mandala, and clearly visualize the support and the supported, as if seeing them with your own eyes. For this, visualize yourself as a graceful woman, and on the moon disc at your heart, visualize the seed syllable ཧོ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Ho) at the center of a variegated Vajra. Then, emanate a graceful woman like yourself, and visualize making offerings with the joyful offering of bodhicitta. With dance as the prelude, bind the karma mudra of the graceful woman. Sing the song "ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་སུ་སཾ་གྲ་ཧད།(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Om Vajra Su Samgraha Da)", perform nine dances, gather them to the left, and gather the graceful women into the seed at the heart.
