And so forth, through the power of purifying all Buddha-fields, and through the devotion of all of us, may this place become the nature of the seven precious substances, as flat as the palm of the hand, large and wide in all directions. Soft and comfortable to the touch, covered and strewn with fragrant divine flowers. Lakes, ponds, and pools with eight qualities of water, spread with precious powders, surrounded by walls of jewels. Adorned with utpala flowers, kumuda lilies, and many lotuses, filled with many water birds singing sweetly. And various precious trees and forests flourishing, etc., may it be endowed with all the ornaments and arrangements of all Buddha-fields, and all perfect qualities. Second, the blessing of the place: In its center, a great immeasurable palace is arranged, blazing with the seven precious substances. Great rays of light emanate, filling immeasurable realms of the world. Abiding in extremely distinct and limitless places. Its expanse is without limit. Transcending the three realms, it is the realm of activity that truly transcends the world, arising from the virtuous roots of its supreme guru. The nature of consciousness that is extremely pure and powerful, is the abode of the Tathagata. Endowed with the Sangha of Bodhisattvas. Gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras, mahoragas, and limitless humans and non-humans wander about. Steadfast in the joy and great bliss of the taste of Dharma. Abiding closely by accomplishing all the purposes of all sentient beings. Free from all the stains of afflictive harm. Completely abandoning all maras. The abode of the Tathagata's arrangement, surpassing all arrangements. Arising from great mindfulness, intelligence, and realization. Being the vehicle of shamatha and vipashyana. It is the gateway to liberation, namely emptiness, signlessness, and wishlessness. May it become a great immeasurable palace relying on the arrangement of the king of precious lotuses adorned with infinite qualities. Third, the blessing of the seat: In its center and in the six directions, such as the east, thrones of various jewels made of gods, nagas, and humans, etc.

Above, priceless garments of gods and humans are spread. On the pure and immaculate lotus stamen is a mandala of the moon. To the south and north are individual lotus-moon cushions. Furthermore, various lotus cushions are arranged clearly and distinctly as abodes for the victorious ones together with their spiritual offspring. Fourth, the blessing of offerings: Above those thrones, umbrellas, banners, pennants, and streamers made of various jewels and garments of gods and humans, as well as showers of divine mandārava flowers and so forth, descend like rain. Banners, umbrellas, pennants, and streamers are beautifully arrayed. The walls are adorned with nets, half-nets, pennants, and streamers made of jewels, silks, and flowers. On the ground, scattered flowers of gods and humans. Offerings of water, flowers, incense, lamps, perfume, food, music, and so forth, like those described in the Sutra of the Three Heaps and the Prayer of Noble Conduct, form a supreme and diverse ocean of offering clouds, inconceivable, filling and expanding limitlessly throughout the expanse of space, possessing inexhaustible qualities. oṃ namo bhagavate vajra sāra pramardani tathāgatāya arhate samyaksaṃbuddhāya tadyathā oṃ vajre vajre mahā vajre mahā tejo vajre mahā vidyā vajre mahā bodhicitta vajre mahā bodhi maṇḍopa saṃkramaṇa vajre sarva karma āvaraṇa viśodhana vajre svāhā. Recite the mantra three times and play music. Then, the common blessing is: By the truth of the Three Jewels, the blessing, the power of the complete accumulation of the two accumulations, the qualities of the nature of the dharmadhātu, the power of the purification of the Buddhafields, including the pure realms of the Bodhisattvas, and the power of our own devotion, may it be so! Thus, the power of truth should be spoken three times. The second part has six sections. The first is to request a hearing: With great faith and reverence, kneel down, join palms, scatter flowers, and hold incense. Invoke the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Awakened Buddha Vipashyin, and the Tathagata with a Crown, and the Tathagata All-Savior, and the Ta-
