The empowerment of the kila of the killing mother, which purifies equanimity, completely cuts off the view of characteristics. May you receive the empowerment to subdue the grasping of characteristics. Then, scattering flowers, accompanied by bells, auspiciousness is extensively proclaimed according to the mandala ritual. Thus, the subsequent permission of one's own symbolic hand seal is completed. With the seven key points, the subsequent permission of forceful liberation is completely accomplished. In order to empower the torma as a dependent activity, this torma is the wisdom in the center of the great charnel ground.

In the center of blazing flames, upon a lotus, sun, and moon, above the union of powerful male and female, visualize the Bhagavan Vajrakumara, with a dark blue body, three faces, and six arms, in union with the consort Chakrasamvara. Consider this to be the actual form. Then, visualize the master placing it on your heads, thereby bestowing empowerment. Having said this, recite Kilaya, place the main torma of the kila on the head, and after the others have finished playing the instruments, visualize that the torma, appearing as Vajrakumara, dissolves from your crown, blessing the lineage. Oh, through these, you have listened well to the subsequent permission, so at these times, vow to protect the commitments and vows properly. Please repeat after me. Chief, etc. As a reward for receiving the profound subsequent permission, please offer a mandala. Having offered the mandala in this way, visualize offering your body and all possessions to the guru as a gift, and partaking of them in part. Please repeat after me. From today onwards, etc., do as usual. Through these, you have listened well to the subsequent permission of the Bhagavan Vajrakila violently liberating from below. Please greatly benefit yourself and others. Recite "By this merit," etc., and then send the disciples back to their respective places. The third part is the subsequent ritual: Inviting the Dharma protectors, common prayers, etc., perform completely according to the usual torma ritual. Enjoy the tsok. Give the remaining offerings. Perform the Tsenma. Beat the horse dance. Bless the outer offerings, and replenish the outer offerings. After the outer offerings, inner offerings, and brief praise, obtain accomplishments with the five wisdoms, etc. Complete the deficiencies with the hundred-syllable mantra. Confess faults. If there are thangkas and supports, then perform the stable residence. Those without supports, such as the sand mandala and torma guests, are requested to depart. Gather the samaya beings back into oneself. The master requests blessings from the main kila in order, and then gathers them. Gather the sand mandala with Akaros. Gather the self-generation deity's mandala back into oneself, and perform the arrangement, distribution, dedication, aspiration, auspiciousness, etc., in detail as usual, thus it is well accomplished. The kila master performs the kila placement work.
