Although the activities will greatly increase from [that], I have not written it here due to fear of the letters becoming too numerous. It should be understood from the mandala ritual composed by Jamgön Kunga Sonam and the explanation of the lower activities, etc. Here, as the occasion arises, the ten essential points of the tantra are: to summarize the general outline with three introductions; to distinguish the meaning with three characteristics; to lead the four types of individuals to the end with the four causes of the vajrakila; to straighten the foundation of activities with three great methods of accomplishment; to place the wisdom deity at the crucial point with the mantra that gathers all; to actually employ the dakini with the eighteen syllables of the six-three collection letters of the evil mantra; to unlock the crucial points of the three objects with the thirty-three meanings of life; to perform the suppressing activity with the eighteen great methods of liberation; to fill the gaps in the activity with the eight perfections; and to establish the foundation of the activity with the three marginal practices. These are the ten. Among these, the first is said to be "to summarize the general outline with three introductions." Although the introduction of the guru, the introduction of explaining the tantra, and the introduction of the tantra are summarized into three, here, for the sake of easy understanding, it is explained in a common way, dividing it into common and uncommon. First, the introduction to the general origin of the teachings is: The original first Buddha, glorious Samantabhadra, the primordial protector himself, manifested and completely awakened in the heart essence of the basic realm of awareness. Then, his unobstructed self-power, the inconceivable great clouds of miraculous manifestations, arranged in the vast space of equality, and with the immeasurable appearances of the field body of whatever is to be tamed, he performed the benefit of beings throughout the sky. In order to tame beings in this particular place and time, among all the guides, the one who generated the mind of enlightenment like a white lotus, our teacher Shakyamuni, first generated the mind of enlightenment, practiced the conduct of enlightenment in the middle, and finally manifested enlightenment. In this world, he showed the twelve great deeds as the form of a supreme emanation body and turned countless common and uncommon wheels of Dharma. In the appearance of common beings to be tamed, he manifested as being born into the Shakya clan and becoming a Buddha, with the form of a renunciate who is free from attachment, in the place of the deer park where the sages fell in Varanasi

At Sarnath (sde bzang po), the first turning of the wheel of Dharma of the Four Noble Truths, and at Rajagriha and other places, for the retinue of monks and nuns of the Lesser and Greater Vehicles, and for countless beings such as gods and humans, the intermediate turning of the wheel of Dharma of No Characteristics, and in different places such as Padma Chan (pad+ma can), the final turning of the wheel of Dharma of Definitive Meaning, thus turning the three wheels of Dharma. Furthermore, in Rajagriha, the wheel of Dharma of the Ten Virtues for gods and humans, in Magadha, the wheel of Dharma of the Twelve Interdependent Arisings for solitary realizers, and so on, revealing various aspects of the Dharma that appear as manifestations in accordance with the dispositions and inclinations of those to be tamed, are immeasurable. However, in essence, these are also included within the three turnings of the wheel of Dharma. Among these, the vehicles for gods, humans, hearers, and solitary realizers are called common vehicles, and the Great Vehicle is called the special vehicle. This is further divided into the causal vehicle and the resultant vehicle. The teachings of the scriptures that explain the views of Madhyamaka and Chittamatra are called the causal Paramita Vehicle, and the teachings that reside in the outer and inner tantras are called the resultant Secret Mantra Vehicle. Although the ultimate result of the Great Vehicle Sutra and Tantra is the same, the attainment of Buddhahood, due to the difference in the depth of the path, there is a great difference in the proximity to manifesting the result, hence the mention of the causal and resultant vehicles. In mantra, among the three classes of outer action, conduct, and yoga tantras, in the action tantras, the six general tantras such as the Root Tantra of the Compendium of All Mantras, the Good Arm Tantra, etc., and the specific action tantras such as the cycle of the Three Family Protectors Tantras, etc., are taught by the Lord of the Gods, appearing in the forms of the Three Family Bodhisattvas, etc., in common places such as Nairanjana and special places such as Champaka Forest. The conduct tantras, such as the Vairochana Abhisambodhi Tantra, etc., are taught in a manner that is generally similar in content to the aforementioned action tantras and yoga tantras. The yoga tantras have three types: yoga tantra, maha yoga tantra, and ati yoga or supreme yoga tantra. Among these, the first is taught by the Tathagata Vairochana in the form of Samantabhadra to Vajrapani and others in common places such as the Thirty-Three Heavens and special places such as Akanishta, such as the Yoga Great Treatise in three hundred sections and the Great Commentary, the Four Tantras, etc.
