至尊上师圣度母啊，我没有其他的救护，请以慈悲摄受我！无论发生好事坏事、快乐悲伤，您都知道。请不要忘记您的发心和誓言，以慈爱垂念我！ 如此祈请后，从上师的四处（顶、喉、心、脐）放射出加持的光芒，白色、红色、蓝色、黄色。 融入自己的四处，净化身语意三门的垢染，以四种灌顶成熟相续，种下四金刚的种子。 以强烈的虔诚，上师化为光融入自身。 融入后，自己刹那间显现为与上师至尊度母无二无别。 显现、声音、念头皆为本初状态下的本尊和咒语。 一切显现皆为清净的无量轮。 在此状态中，尽可能地念诵根本心咒的十个字母。 容器和精华消融于光中，融入自身，自己也 融入无念、无说、离戏的虚空中。 不成为任何事物，也不存在于任何地方， 轮回、涅槃、道三者的一切现象， 皆是自知自明，这是大乐。 这是瑜伽士在入定时所见。 后得的嬉戏是无有止境的舞蹈， 本初清净，任运成就。 以不变的觉知和不离的虔诚瑜伽环境， 上师、诸佛菩萨的心意， 与我等众生的心意融为一体， 愿成就双运光明大乐！ 这也是，一切智者埃旺巴尊者的转世的近侍，富裕的持戒者戒海（ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་རྒྱ་མཚོ། ）劝请，由愚昧者慧海（བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས།）在八蚌寺（དཔལ་སྤུངས་，位于今四川省甘孜藏族自治州德格县）随心所欲写下，愿利益众生！吉祥！ 依靠遍照译师大士的上师瑜伽——智慧自显。 顶礼不变的自生明点。 对一切法的实相、原始的佛陀生起信心的有缘者将会证悟。 由于显有不超出法身之印，故能将任何信心的游戏转为道用之要诀。以金刚语成立，任何信仰的对境，亦可视为六道之体性。视黄金与黄铜平等，虽与显现相违，然与实相不违，故以无二之见解而安住。 ཨ། （藏文，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：啊） ཀ་དག་རིག་སྟོང་ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྐུ། །

From the Venerable Lama, Holy Tara: I have no other refuge, please hold me with compassion! You know whatever good or bad, happy or sad happens. Please do not forget your aspiration and vows, contemplate with love! Having prayed thus, from the four places of the Lama, blessings radiate white, red, blue, and yellow rays of light. Absorbing into one's own four places, the body, speech, and mind are purified of the stains of transmigration, the four empowerments ripen the continuum, and the seeds of the four vajras are planted. By the force of devotion, the Lama dissolves into light. Absorbing into oneself, in an instant, one's own self clearly appears inseparable from the Lama Jetsun Tara. Appearances, sounds, and thoughts are naturally in the state of the deity and mantra. Whatever appears becomes the immeasurable wheel of purity. In this state, recite the ten letters of the root essence mantra as much as possible. The container and essence dissolve into light, absorbing into oneself, and oneself also dissolves into the space of aimlessness, unspeakable, and free from elaboration. Not being anything, not established anywhere, all aspects of the three paths of samsara, nirvana, and the path, are self-knowing and self-illuminating, this is great bliss. This is seen by the yogi in meditative equipoise. The play of post-meditation is an unceasing dance, primordially pure, spontaneously accomplished. With unchanging awareness and inseparable devotion, in the environment of yoga, the mind of the Lama, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and the minds of beings like myself merge into equality, may the great bliss of union and clear light be accomplished! This was also written spontaneously by the ignorant Lodro Thaye at Palpung Monastery, at the urging of Tsultrim Gyatso, a close attendant and wealthy holder of vows of the omniscient Ewam P尊者's incarnation, may it benefit beings! Mangalam! The Guru Yoga of Yeshe Rangshar, relying on the Great Translator Vairochana, is present. Homage to the unchanging, self-born bindu. Realization will come to the fortunate who have faith in the true nature of all dharmas, the primordial Buddha. Since phenomena and existence do not transcend the mudra of the Dharmakaya, the key is to be able to transform any play of faith into the path. Established by Vajra speech, any object of faith can also be seen as the nature of the six realms. 五种空性的境界显现圆满。心性完全清净是化身。在平等的状态中皈依。善逝的精华遍布一切。暂时的污垢所遮蔽的那些，为了用巨大的放下而去除，无有束缚解脱地发心。啊！境相显现建立为虹光之界，在自生自在的帐篷中，心识转变为舞蹈的力量，阿赖耶识转变为种种显现的方式，如仙人化身之装束，方便智慧红白任何法，双运无有分离之手印，最胜布施安息的表示方法，心安住在莲花月轮的座垫上，以大智慧的舞蹈而妩媚，幻化游戏任何显现，本来无生本初之身，在心中如金刚的本质般清晰。啊！从无生法身的境界中，体性空性的上师逝去。无有阻碍报身的庄严中，自性光明之上师逝去。不住的化身宫殿中，随顺所化之上师逝去。本初的证悟体验呀啦啦，大乐嬉戏舞蹈铃瑟铃，显有建立为基础降下大加持，空性觉性无有分离而安住。境与心清净平等的状态中顶礼。自生自显供养供云。无生暂时的污垢忏悔。无为之善随喜。远离名言语词之法轮转动。明亮清晰无有改变而安住。大迁转空性中善根回向。啊！在无有的境界中诸法圆满。种种上师化身之身，无有取舍而祈请。无有守护界限地加持。在平庸的境界中诸法圆满。大乐上师报身圆满。远离生起感受而祈请。能取所取耗尽地加持。在唯一的境界中诸法圆满。觉性空性上师法身。远离作意而祈请。一知一切解脱地加持。在任运成就的境界中诸法圆满。光明上师自性。在超离心识的状态中祈请。获得大自在地加持。在平等性的境界中一切圆满。身与智慧无有分离。错觉耗尽的通透之身。对自显无偏的您顶礼。解脱之基的空性

The expanse of the five dimensions is the enjoyment of perfection. The nature of mind is pure, the emanation body. In the state of equal taste, I take refuge. The essence of the Sugata pervades all. Those obscured by adventitious stains, in order to remove them with great abandonment, I generate the mind without bondage or liberation. Ah! The field of appearance is established as a realm of rainbows, in the tent of self-born power, the transformation of consciousness is the power of dance, the basis of all is the appearance of various forms, like the guise of a translator. The skillful means and wisdom, white and red, whatever arises, the hand gesture of inseparable union, the method of supreme generosity and rest, the mind enjoys the seat of lotus and moon, adorned with the dance of great wisdom, magical performances appear in every way. The primordial, unborn, innate body, is clear in the essence of the vajra of mind. Ah! From the expanse of the unborn Dharmakaya, the Lama of emptiness of essence has passed away. From the unobstructed adornment of the Sambhogakaya, the Lama of self-luminous nature has passed away. From the impermanent palace of the Nirmanakaya, the Lama of compassion who tames whatever is needed has passed away. The innate experience of realization, ya la la, the great bliss of playful dance, ling se ling. The appearance of existence is established as the basis, bestow great blessings. May the expanse of awareness remain inseparable. In the state of pure equality of object and mind, I prostrate. Self-arisen, self-manifest, I offer clouds of offerings. Unborn, adventitious stains I confess. I rejoice in the unconditioned virtue. May the wheel of words and meanings be turned. May the clear essence remain unchanged. In the expanse of great transference, I dedicate the roots of virtue. Ah! In the expanse of non-existence, all dharmas are perfected. To the various Lamas, the emanation bodies, I pray without acceptance or rejection. Bless me without protection or boundaries. In the expanse of ordinariness, all dharmas are perfected. The Lama of great bliss, the enjoyment body is perfected. I pray without arising or feeling. Bless me to exhaust grasping and clinging. In the expanse of oneness, all dharmas are perfected. The Lama of awareness and emptiness, the Dharmakaya. I pray without mental fabrication. Bless me to liberate all through one understanding. In the expanse of spontaneous accomplishment, all dharmas are perfected. The Lama of clear light, the essence of being. I pray from the state beyond mind. Bless me with great power. In the expanse of equality, all is perfected. Body and wisdom are inseparable. The transparent body in which delusion is exhausted. To you, the unbiased self-appearance, I prostrate. The expanse of the basis of liberation.
