May the wrathful deities dispel obstacles! Empowered by the great Vajra, revered by all three realms. May the secret three of all Buddhas, arising from their abode, be bestowed. Purify the crown and disciple as before. From emptiness, on a lotus-sun seat, the disciple and the empowerment object, the diadem, both transform from KATRĀṂ (藏文：ཀཏྲཱྃ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：katrāṃ，汉语字面意思：Katram) into Ratnasambhava Vajradhara, with a yellow body, holding a vajra, etc. The Ratnasambhava of the empowerment object dissolves into light and becomes a diadem. If you want to elaborate, start from the mandala, etc. Please dispel obstacles! The middle vase is added as in the empowerment, and this can be applied to others as well. If you want to abbreviate, it is not necessary. Adorned with a topknot of hair, praised by all Buddhas, may the jeweled crown and silk streamers be bestowed with empowerment. Om Ratna Abhisincha Mi. From emptiness, on a lotus-sun seat, the disciple and the empowerment object, the vajra, both transform from HRĪḤ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Hrih) into Amitabha Vajradhara, with a red body, holding a vajra, etc. The Amitabha of the empowerment object dissolves into light and becomes a vajra. The vajra empowerment of all Buddhas, I bestow upon you today. In order to accomplish all Buddhas, may you enjoy this vajra. Om Padma Abhisincha Mi. (藏文：ཨོཾ་པདྨ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་མི།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ padma abhiṣiñca mi，汉语字面意思：Om, Lotus, Abhisheka, Me.) Place the vajra in the right hand. Purify the bell and the disciple. From emptiness, on a lotus-sun seat, the disciple and the empowerment object, the bell, both transform from ĀḤ (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Ah) into Amoghasiddhi Vajradhara, with a green body, etc. Amoghasiddhi dissolves into light and becomes a bell. The bell empowerment of all Buddhas, I bestow upon you today. In order to accomplish all Buddhas, may you enjoy this bell. Om Karma Abhisincha Mi. (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཀརྨ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་མི།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ karma abhiṣiñca mi，汉语字面意思：Om, Karma, Abhisheka, Me.) Place the bell in the left hand. Purify the disciple. This is the action to be done. They purify the defilements of the five aggregates and five elements, reverse from the five ignorances, and generate the five wisdoms of awareness, hence it is called the empowerment of awareness. Then, to request the Vajra Acharya empowerment, offer a mandala. Recite this supplication: Great hero, non-returning, please grant me the empowerment. For the sake of all sentient beings, may I always be the teacher. Three times. Purify the disciple. Visualize yourself in the east of the mandala, on a throne supported by lions, like Vajradhara, the lord of all families, etc., according to the occasion of the descent of blessings. Abide in the center, and believe that the Vajra Samaya of all Buddhas is bestowed. Hand over the vajra and bell, and have them make the gesture of embracing. Vajra abides as Vajra, hold the great mudra bell. Today you are the Vajra Acharya, gather disciples. Vajra is the Samaya of the mind, the bell is the Samaya of speech, the mudra is the Samaya of the body, benefit sentient beings by not separating from the conduct of the three Samayas. Thus, grant permission. These purify the defilements of the body, and obtain the vase empowerment. Have the authority to practice the path of the generation stage, and have the fortune to obtain the fruit of the Vajra Nirmanakaya. Secondly, to request the secret empowerment, offer a mandala. Recite this supplication: Pervading lord, benefit me, for my benefit, for the sake of compassion towards me, with the net of illusion, manifest perfect enlightenment, how may I obtain it. To not let the mandala of the body be seen, cover the face. Om (Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om), Ah (Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, Chinese literal meaning: Ah), Hum (Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). Guru Vajradhara father and mother in union. Visualize that the deities of body, speech, mind, and wisdom Vajra, descend the melting nectar of bodhicitta, the white and red bodhicitta mixed bindu descends into the lotus, and is received by the tongue. Give the nectar of the skull cup. Just as the Buddhas of the past, so empower the Bodhisattvas, so the stream of bodhicitta, today empower you.
