If this is absent, it becomes the chaos of this life. For those who do not remember the Dharma, this makes them remember the Dharma. I think this is the activity of the Three Jewels. In short, if you do not want suffering, think that it is a sign of the gathering of causes and conditions. Offerings to the Three Jewels, service to the Sangha, offering tormas to the spirits. Offer a mandala to the Lama and pray that if I am sick now, please bless me to recover. If I am living well, please bless me to continue living. If I die well, please bless me to die well. Pray strongly in this way to prevent hope and fear. Offer tormas to the spirits. Thank you very much. Please let the suffering of sentient beings ripen on me. In this way, prevent hope and fear from the depths of your heart. Mantra, the power of the white essence seed. The power of giving away as much wealth and merit as possible. From now on, months, years, until I die, strongly increase wisdom. Practice the power of habit again and again. Abandon the destructive power of self-cherishing. May the power of prayer be below the virtuous deeds, and may the two Bodhicittas never be separated. The five powers are the essence of all Dharmas, condensed into the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) syllable. If, when transferring consciousness, one is struck by the disease of death, give away as much white essence seed and wealth merit as possible. Pray that in all future lives in the Bardo and beyond, I may master the two Bodhicittas, and bless me to meet the Lama who teaches this Dharma. Pray. Harm, abandon attachment to the body. Increase strength, generate the desire to practice Bodhicitta in the Bardo. The power of habit, place past memories and actions under the right side at the time of death, adjust the breath, and practice giving and receiving. In the state where birth and death are mental appearances, do not cling to anything in the mind. Continue to practice and meditate in this way, and die in this state. All the Dharmas of the Great and Small Vehicles are contained in taming self-grasping. The antidote is mind training, so strive not to be ashamed of yourself. Train the mind well, and be happy no matter what bad things happen. On top of that, for the misfortunes of others, just as a talented rider will not fall from the horse even if distracted, those misfortunes will quickly become companions for mind training. Mind training, without violating vows, without falling into noise, without being partial to one side, do one thing that appears small but has profound meaning.
