Residing upright in the center of the earth and not falling into the realm of grasping and being grasped, hence Mount Sumeru. The navel is the wheel of emanation, the basis for the body's arising, hence the Superior Body. The enjoyment wheel enjoys food and drink, and speech arises in accordance with the Dharma, hence Jambudvipa. The Dharma wheel extinguishes the eighty innate conceptualizations, hence Godaniya. The Great Bliss wheel, the syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧྂ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), nourishes the body with the stream of great bliss, hence Kurava. The subtle channels, hairs, and body hairs that emanate from it are the ornaments of each continent. Two wrists, two ankles, two arms, and two thighs are the eight subcontinents. Exhaling breath, the wheel is for cutting off afflictions and obscurations. Inhaling breath, all qualities arise dependent on the wind entering the central channel, hence the Jewel. Abiding, the wind and mind gather in the central channel, giving rise to the wisdom of bliss and emptiness, hence the Consort. Steadfast, accomplishing unchanging bliss, hence the Minister. Thus, with such a swift path, easily carrying the inner ground, hence the Elephant. Swiftly traversing to the pure land of the seven-limbed union, hence the Excellent Horse. The four gaits dissolve into the central channel, conquering the battle of the four maras, hence the General. The red aspect is the sun, the white aspect is the moon, offering with the essence of the heart, the great treasure of the wish-fulfilling jewel, and praying for the desired meaning. Fourth is, The supplication of Je Jigme Drakpa. The vast omniscient knowledge, etc., and the body praise of one's own root guru, reciting as many times as possible, and during the lineage supplication, the lineage gurus manifestly appearing in their respective abodes, or if that is not possible, then visualizing the guru Vajradhara on the crown of the head as the embodiment of all the lineage gurus and supplicating. Fifth is, In the supplication of Glorious Lama Rinpoche, etc., practicing the visualization of receiving the four empowerments as in recitation. Dissolving the guru into oneself, abiding in the state where one's own mind and the guru's mind are inseparable. Third, the special preliminaries have three parts, the first of which is, relying on the guru's body Vajra, meditating on the purifying A-syllable emptiness: One's own ordinary body is clear, and on the crown of the head, from the yellow Bhūṃ syllable (Tibetan: བྷཱུཾཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भूं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Earth) arises a jeweled throne supported by eight great lions, and on top of that is the white Paṃ syllable (Tibetan: པྂ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: प, Sanskrit Romanization: paṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Paṃ).

From the syllable "པོ་", in the center of a white lotus with a hundred thousand petals, from the red syllable "རྂ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: ram, Romanized Sanskrit: ram, Literal Chinese meaning: ram), appears a radiant mandala of the sun, equal in size to the red and yellow stamens. Above that, from the white syllable "ཨ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari: a, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A), appears a cool, white, full moon mandala. Above that, visualize the Lama as the essence of Vajra, the victorious Vajradhara, with a white body, holding a vajra in his right hand and a bell with a vajra handle in his left. The consort, Vajrayogini, with a red body, holding a curved knife in her right hand and a skull cup filled with nectar in her left, embraces the father. Both feet are in vajra and lotus posture, residing in a space radiating white light. Pray to the root Lama, the precious Buddha. Bless to pacify the sickness, evil spirits, and obstacles of myself and all other sentient beings. Bless to purify negative karma and obscurations. Pray for the blessing to generate special samadhi in the mindstream. After praying intensely in this way, the Lama Vajradhara and consort, together with their throne, dissolve into light and seep into the crown of one's head. As a result, within the self-generated deity, a white, three-cornered Dharma source appears, its root thin like the tip of a tongue, its opening wide and pointing upwards, with two corners pointing to the right and left behind the ears, and one corner pointing to the space between the eyebrows. Focus on the clear and radiant white syllable "ཨ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari: a, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) within it, and recite "ཨ་ཨ་" hundreds of thousands of times. From the syllable "ཨ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari: a, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A), immeasurable white streams of nectar descend, filling the entire Dharma source. Eventually, the nectar overflows from the mouth of the Dharma source and descends in a swirling manner from the root, entering through the Brahma aperture at the crown of one's head, filling the entire body. All the sins, defilements, and faults accumulated since beginningless time are expelled in the form of soot or coal dust from the two lower orifices, the tips of the toes, and even the pores of the skin, sinking nine levels below the earth, purifying all sins and obscurations. Visualize that all the empty spaces are filled with bright, clear nectar, and that you are blessed. Sit comfortably with your legs relaxed. Press the demon vein of the ring finger with the thumbs of both hands, forming vajra fists, place them face down on the knees, and forcefully exhale through the nostrils, completely expelling all impurities.
