The emanation and gathering of light rays is the same as before. The stream of nectar, red like molten ruby (padmarāga), blue like molten lapis lazuli (vaiḍūrya), yellow like molten gold, and green like fresh butter, these five are visualized as descending from the crown of the head, from the Brahma aperture, and after eliminating impure air three times, swallow a mouthful of saliva. Then move it below the navel, and forcefully press down with the upper air. Draw the lower air upwards and hold the vase breath.
