Through the Middle Way, slightly touch the heart of Great Compassion, and then descend again, contemplate merging into the fundamental bindu at the base of the heart. Practice this one hundred and twenty times or more until signs appear. Second, the transference through the gate of speech and seed syllables: Visualize yourself as the Great Compassionate One, and clearly establish the central channel in the center of the body. The sequence of visualizing the lama on the crown of the head is the same as before. Specifically, on the lotus moon disc in the heart, visualize a red, radiant Hrīḥ (藏文,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍). From the Hrīḥ (藏文,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍), emanate another Hrīḥ (藏文,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍), and contemplate it dwelling slightly in the lama's heart, then merging back into the fundamental Hrīḥ (藏文,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍). The practice is the same as before. Third, the transference through the gate of body: Clearly establish the deity, central channel, and lama as before. Specifically, on the moon disc in the heart, visualize the Great Compassionate One, clear and vivid, radiant with light, like a fully colored painting. Contemplate one emanating from another, touching the lama's heart on the crown of the head, dwelling and remaining there slightly. Then contemplate merging into the fundamental deity, this is the practice. Second, applying it to action: When all the signs of death are complete, completely cut off attachment and clinging, and abide in loving-kindness, compassion, and devotion. Clearly visualize your own body as the deity, visualize the central channel in the center, and clearly establish the lama on the crown of the head. On the lotus moon disc in the heart, visualize the bindu and the syllable Hrīḥ (藏文,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍) in sequence, as well as the three kayas, and contemplate these, along with their seats, falling away, merging into the lama's heart like a shooting star. Until transference is achieved, one should practice in this way. Finally, contemplate the lama also merging into the heart of Amitabha in Sukhavati. This is applying it to action. Seventh is the bardo, which has four meanings. First is practicing the bardo: Pray to the lama to be liberated from the bardo. Then, all these external appearances are bardo appearances. This body of mine is also a bardo body. All forms are bardo forms. All sounds are bardo sounds. Smells, tastes, and tactile sensations are all bardo. All happiness and suffering are bardo appearances. That is illusion, it is a dream. Contemplate that the bardo body has no inherent existence, and for all dharmas, without acceptance or rejection, in equality, in a state like the sky, the mind rests in self-luminous, free from elaboration. This is practicing the bardo dharmakaya. All visual appearances are the body of Avalokiteśvara.

Om! All sounds are visualized as the sound of Avalokiteśvara, and all memories and thoughts are visualized as the generation stage of Avalokiteśvara. Practicing these is purifying the bardo of the Sambhogakaya. All external appearances are visualized as Sukhavati, all sentient beings are visualized as the Nirmanakaya of the Buddha, all sounds are visualized as the sound of the holy Dharma, and all memories and thoughts are visualized as the play of wisdom. This is purifying the field of the Nirmanakaya. Second, examining the absorption process: Externally, as earth dissolves into water, the radiance of the body fades, one cannot withstand dirt, and one feels that appearances are heavy and dense. Internally, vapor or something like breath appears. The signs of water dissolving into fire are a dry mouth and nose, and pursed lips. Internally, appearances like dust and mirages occur. The signs of fire dissolving into wind are that externally, heat contracts from the edges, and one cannot draw breath inward. Internally, appearances like a raised butter lamp or a firefly occur. The signs of wind dissolving into consciousness are black spots and numbness on the tongue. Internally, appearances like a clear sky or falling snow occur. The signs of consciousness dissolving into clear light are that externally, appearances like a cloudless sky occur. Internally, appearances like the sun rising at dawn occur. This is examining the absorption process. Third, the way to practice the three kayas in the bardo: The first bardo, in the bardo of dharmata, the instruction for becoming enlightened in the essence of the Dharmakaya is: After that, the five elements dissolve, and all the winds dissolve into the central channel, the red bodhicitta obtained from the mother coils upward, and a red path appears; the white bodhicitta obtained from the father drips downward, and a white path appears. Then, the white and red essences, the wind of Norgyal, together with consciousness, gather in the Kanda in the heart, from which arises bliss, clarity, non-thought, clear light like space, without beginning or end, possessing all perfections. At that time, all appearing forms are the self-nature of clear light, mind itself, the Dharmakaya; all sounding sounds are the self-sound of mind itself, the Dharmakaya; all smells, tastes, tactile sensations, and all consciousness are the play of dharmata. In the clear light of the self-nature of mind, one recognizes oneself, and by abiding in that state, one will attain Buddhahood in the realm of the clear light Dharmakaya in the bardo. Second, after transferring from the Sipa Bardo, practicing in the Sambhogakaya
