获得方法是：因为中阴的所有征兆都具有口诀，所以将所有的显现都观想为极乐世界。将自己和所有众生都观想为观世音菩萨父母。将所有的声音都观想为六字真言（嗡嘛呢呗美吽，oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ，Om Mani Padme Hum，莲花生）。所有的念头都不要偏离生起次第，这样就能在圆满受用中获得解脱。第三，将最后的中阴修持为化身：将外境的一切显现都观想为极乐世界，将自己和所有众生都转化为佛的化身。将所有的声音都转化为法的声音。将所有的念头都转化为智慧的游舞，然后为众生说法等等。此外，依靠幻化变现，以神通前往极乐世界、兜率天、妙喜世界等刹土听法，幻化出众多的供品进行供养等等。这样，就能在最后的中阴化身刹土中成佛。通过这些中阴的窍诀，第四是关闭胎门：如果在三个中阴中未能解脱，那么最后关闭胎门的方法是：当出现男女交合或者住在房屋等处的景象时，将所有的男性都观想为观世音菩萨，将所有的女性都观想为金刚亥母。将所有的声音都观想为六字真言（嗡嘛呢呗美吽，oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ，Om Mani Padme Hum，莲花生）。所有的念头都从无有贪执的状态中修持生圆次第，这样就能关闭胎门，并且完全受持清净的佛国。第五，后续的封印有四种：一是将此引导作为单传口诀来传授。二是殊胜的会供轮是金色的花朵。三是不允许进行引导的传讲。四是听闻此法后进行修持，密扎（Mitra）这样下了封印。此一生中成就菩提之法是：观世音菩萨传授给成就者密扎（Mitra），印度班智达大成就者室利布扎（Śrīputra）请问，口耳相传的吉日谛喇嘛（Gīrtiratna），如何使窍诀的要点没有错谬，如同倾倒满瓶一般赐予我，我将词句和意义没有错谬地记录下来。愿以此善根，我获得观世音菩萨的果位，引导一切众生。名为《圣观世音自在的道次第总集引导甘露喜宴》，由瑜伽士光明金刚记录。

The way to take it up is: Since all the signs of the bardo are endowed with pith instructions, think of all appearances as the pure land of Sukhavati. Clearly establish yourself and all sentient beings as Avalokiteśvara, father and mother. Think of all sounds as the six-syllable mantra (oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ, Om Mani Padme Hum, the lotus-born). By not being distracted from the generation stage with all thoughts and concepts, you will be liberated into perfect enjoyment. Third, the way to practice the last bardo as the nirmāṇakāya is: Transform all external appearances into Sukhavati, and transform yourself and all sentient beings into the nirmāṇakāya of the Buddha. Transform all sounds into the sound of the Dharma. Transform all thoughts and concepts into the play of wisdom, and then teach the Dharma to sentient beings, and so on. Furthermore, relying on transforming emanations, go by means of miraculous powers to pure lands such as Sukhavati, Tuṣita, and Abhirati to listen to the Dharma, and emanate many offerings and make offerings, and so on. By that, you will become enlightened in the pure land of the nirmāṇakāya in the last bardo. Having gone through those bardo instructions, fourth, blocking the womb entrance is: If you have not been liberated in the three bardos, then the way to block the womb entrance at the end is: When appearances of engaging in sexual union of male and female, or dwelling in houses, and so on, occur, meditate on all males as Avalokiteśvara. Meditate on all females as Vajravārāhī. Meditate on all sounds as the six-syllable mantra (oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ, Om Mani Padme Hum, the lotus-born). By meditating on the generation and completion stages with all thoughts and concepts in a state free from attachment and grasping, the womb entrance will be blocked and you will completely hold the perfectly pure buddhafield. Fifth, the subsequent seal has four aspects: One, this instruction is taught as a single lineage. Two, the excellent gathering wheel is a golden flower. Three, it is not allowed to give the transmission of the instruction. Four, having requested this, one practices it. Mitra placed the seal. This method of accomplishing enlightenment in one lifetime is: Avalokiteśvara gave it to the great accomplished one Mitra. The Indian paṇḍita Śrīputra requested it. To the whispered lineage of Gīrtiratna, how the key points of the instructions were without error, like pouring out a full vase, he gave it to me. I have written down the words and meaning without error. By this virtue, may I attain the state of Avalokiteśvara and lead all beings. This is called "The Nectar Feast: A Compendium of the Stages of the Path of the Noble Avalokiteśvara," written by the yogi Öpak Dorje.
