General Torma Offering to the Dakinis: Invite and offer with your own mantra, or: Those who dwell in the retinue of the Five Dakinis, in the thirty-two realms, the twenty-four places, and the eight great charnel grounds, the emanations who abide for the benefit of sentient beings, please enjoy Kha Hi! May your body, speech, and mind be pleased, and grant the supreme and common siddhis! Torma for the Landlords: Bless it as a white torma. Furthermore, the twelve Tenma who protect the land of Tibet, the landlords of each region, the oath-bound protectors of the solitary mountain retreats, together with their retinues, we offer to you! Please be pleased and satisfied, and be helpful companions in accordance with the Dharma! Furthermore, may all sentient beings, the six realms of beings, the five paths of samsara, and the four types of birth, be satisfied by this torma and quickly attain the precious state of Buddhahood! Offer with Argham and so on, and also offer with inner offerings. The eight great gods with their retinues, the eight great nagas with their retinues, the eight protectors of the world, and all the yaksha hosts, all the preta hosts, all the flesh-eating demon hosts, all the maddening demon hosts, all the forgetting demon hosts, all the matrika hosts, all the dakini hosts, and all the elemental hosts such as these, all without exception, please come here and consider me! Accomplish. Pacifying, increasing, and so forth, grant me the accomplishments of activities. May the one with vows protect me. Be the companion for all accomplishments. May untimely death and diseases, evil spirits and obstacles, all be eliminated. May bad dreams and bad omens, and evil deeds be eliminated. May the world be peaceful and have good harvests. May grains increase, may Dharma increase, may happiness and excellence be fully complete, and may all desires in my mind be accomplished. Then, enjoying the gathering: The Karma Vajra Master holds the substances of skillful means and wisdom, intertwining them up and down, and says: Kye Vajra Master, please consider! Look, the beautiful and sacred Dharma. There should be no doubt about this. Brahmins, dogs, and outcastes, consider their nature as one and enjoy. Ah Ho Maha Sukha Ho! This is offered to the master. The master, possessing the lotus garland, says: Hum! The Sugata, the Dharmakaya, abandoning defilements such as desire, free from grasping and being grasped, to that very suchness, I respectfully prostrate. Ala la Ho! In this way, it is also offered to the Dharma sisters and brothers. May everyone's body be the deity, speech be mantra, and mind be the state of Dharmata, and enjoy the gathering. Then, collect the leftovers in one vessel, and the Vajra Master sprinkles them with saliva using the gesture of flames, saying: Om Vajra Arali Ho Phem Phem! Rotate the gesture of flames from left to right at the eyebrow center. Yam Ram Kham. Om Ah Hum. May the torma of the first offering and leftovers be good and abundant, becoming the inexhaustible five desirable sense objects. Om Ah Hum. Om Ucchista Balimta Bhaksha Bhaksha Yi Svaha! May all the beings who have power over the leftovers be satisfied. Offering the leftovers: Hum! Furthermore, Karma Dakinis, swift, quick, and powerful ones, all of them, worldly Dakinis with miraculous powers, those who show wrathful, fierce, and terrifying forms, flesh-eating Dakinis with miraculous powers, those who subdue the three thousand worlds, messengers who are swift in activities, by the power of the oath, come here, partake of the torma of the first offering, leftovers, and washing water, protect the teachings of the Three Jewels, subdue the enemies and obstacles of wrong views, accomplish the tasks entrusted by the yogis. Thus, offer the torma in a place visible to the sky, and offer the washing water. Guardians of the ten directions, protect the land of Tibet.
