Some actions. Please act as you did when you were born. I pray that you gather all the teachings of the previous Buddhas. I pray that you fulfill all the wishes of the supreme teachers, make them happy, and embrace us with compassion. I pray that you make all our teachers, parents, and other benefactors happy, increase their lifespan, merit, and wisdom, and accomplish all their wishes. I pray that you make us, the teachers and patrons gathered here, cut off evil thoughts, increase faith, respect, and wisdom, live in harmony and happiness, accomplish all wishes according to the Dharma, and obtain all accomplishments. Thus, with pure intention, we earnestly request all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to remember their past vows, and we pray that you accomplish all the wishes that benefit the teachings and sentient beings without error or hindrance. May all these merits be offered to the root guru, all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and may the guru's lifespan and activities increase, and may the great cause of propagating the Dharma and benefiting sentient beings be accomplished. May we, in all our lifetimes, always obtain noble lineage, intelligent wisdom, and power in the heavens, meet the infallible Dharma-teaching guru, and obtain the wish-fulfilling jewel of the two benefits. May all our actions become the cause of serving the Three Jewels and benefiting sentient beings, pleasing all the Buddhas, and blessing us, the protectors of sentient beings, to quickly attain Buddhahood. This is said as a slight supplement to the words of Kathok Rigzin Chenpo. Third, the subsequent practice is to briefly perform the seven-branch offering again: To the guru and all those worthy of prostration, I prostrate with bodies equal to the number of dust particles, praise with words that extol virtues, and prostrate with sincere and respectful mind. I offer my body, possessions, merits, and all the wealth of the world and beyond, visualizing them as an ocean of inner and outer offering clouds, to the assembly of glorious gurus worthy of offering. Furthermore, I rejoice with a supremely joyful mind in all the virtuous collections of body, speech, and mind of all beings, all that has been done, will be done, and is being done now. In order to benefit all beings and cause them to do good, I request the King of Dharma and all his retinue to continuously turn the wheel of Dharma, profound and vast, according to what each being can be tamed by. Although the Dharmakaya is without birth or death, may you not pass away into another field for the sake of others, but out of compassion for beings of the degenerate age who have no protector, I beseech you to remain for a long time. In order that all beings may attain unsurpassed enlightenment, I always take refuge in you, supreme protector. From now on, I will take the common and extraordinary vows and commitments and accomplish them properly. By the power of the virtue I have accumulated in the three times, may all beings be liberated from the bonds of existence, and may I be taken care of by the glorious supreme lama, and may I attain the accomplishment of the omniscient one. Confession of faults: Because I am ignorant and controlled by carelessness, I confess all the collections of ignorance and faults that I have committed before your loving eyes, and I ask you to forgive me with your compassionate nature. Empowerment: I beseech the lama, the Three Jewels, the victorious ones and their sons, to think of the faithful child with compassion, to bestow the four empowerments, to ripen the four lineages, and to bless me to attain the state of the four kayas.
