The five branches of meditation. Among them, wisdom means: For those who see all existing dharmas as emptiness, the mind is fully engaged and contemplates the very form of emptiness. Conceptualization is grasping the substance of the mind. Action is determining its meaning, that is, conceptualizing the grasped substance. Joy is attachment to the form of emptiness, that is, the mind abiding in all things. Unwavering bliss is uniting the empty form and the mind, that is, feeling complete bliss in all things. When seeing the forms gathered separately, the mind fully focuses on the form of meditation and makes it stable. Qualities refer to the manifestation of the five clairvoyances, and so on. Thus, through separate gathering and meditation, the practice of the Body Vajra is completed. Fifth, the fifth general point is purifying the speech wind, which is the practice of the Speech Vajra. On a comfortable seat, with the posture and gaze of the body's key points. Generate oneself as the deity. Pray to the guru. Meditate after properly expelling the breath. The root winds of arising, entering, and abiding in the three places. At that time, it will also become the recitation of body, speech, and mind. That is, when the breath enters, recite Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), when abiding in the middle, recite Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), and when exhaling, recite Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), these three syllables are the recitation of the self-nature Vajra. Perform various recitations without using a rosary. Sixth, after that is seeking the dwelling of the breath, that is, meditating on the five types of breath control that make the breath the path through non-conceptualization. The method of grasping the sky breath is: inhaling and exhaling gently and evenly for a long time, as if there is no sensation. Seventh, similarly, hold the breath in the respiratory tract for a long time. Eighth, the fire breath is strong and short, quickly inhaling and exhaling and meditating. Ninth, the water breath is slightly tightening the gap between the teeth, letting the breath flow out, meditating with a hissing sound. Tenth, the earth breath is slightly stronger than the sky breath, holding and meditating slowly, almost without feeling it. If the key points of these breath controls are mastered, various breaths will immediately produce signs of warmth and experience. It is said that this can avoid obstacles to subsequent breath controls. Eleventh, after that, through the downward yellow breath, contemplate the seat and the elements stacked in order. The downward gathering of space, wind, fire, water, and earth.

Look clearly at the mandala. Therefore, by holding the life-wind with the holding method of each element's wind, place it below the navel, and the downward-clearing should be bound. As for the visualization: From the complete transformation of the blue E syllable, visualize the blue triangular sky mandala, marked with the A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) syllable, extremely clear, to the extent that the mind can encompass. The sign of having seized the sky wind is that a good experience of emptiness, like being without a body, arises. Twelfth, on top of that Dharma origin, from the complete transformation of the Lam syllable, visualize the black bow-shaped wind mandala, marked with fluttering banners, light and fluttering. The sign of having seized it is that dizziness and itching, etc., occur. Thirteenth, on top of the wind, from the complete transformation of the Ram (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ram) syllable, visualize the red triangular fire mandala, with a very hot touch, marked with the Ram (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ram) syllable. The sign of having seized it is that it is hotter than before, and the body feels hot, etc. Fourteenth, on top of the fire, from the complete transformation of the Vam (Tibetan: བཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Romanization: vaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Vam) syllable, visualize the white and round water mandala, with a cool touch, marked with a vase. It is also said that below oneself is wind, below oneself is fire, and below oneself is water. The sign of having seized it is that coldness and shivering, etc., occur. Fifteenth, on top of the water, from the complete transformation of the Lam (Tibetan: ལཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: लं, Sanskrit Romanization: laṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Lam) syllable, visualize the square earth mandala, with a very heavy touch, marked with four crossed vajras. The sign of having seized the wind is that the mind feels heavy, and there is a dislike of walking, etc. These are the wind yogas that emphasize pressing down on the lower wind during meditation. Regarding the explanation of meditating on the elements stacked in sequence by holding the wind of each element, this is the method of meditating steadily in sequence. It is said that the method of meditating quickly and decisively is that even when the elements are stacked in sequence, it is sufficient to meditate only on the wind yoga of the element to which the deity being meditated upon belongs. Sixteenth, furthermore, on top of the stacked elements, visualize the green, round seat of wisdom. Seventeenth, Rahu. Eighteenth, the sun. Nineteenth, the moon. Twentieth, the seats of the time-fire, etc., are all round in shape. Visualize the touch in accordance with the stacked elements. The so-called downward-clearing wind is also called the mother wind, which is the wind yoga that arises from below. Twenty-first
