Focusing on "va" is the system of the secret wisdom wheel. It is said that if you always rotate in one direction, there will be an obstacle of crookedness. The so-called recitation that prevents life-force exertion, life is upward-moving, and exertion is the wind channel for guiding practice. Thus, when the movement of the sun and moon is stopped by life-force exertion, it is transformed into the wind of omniscient wisdom. By practicing in this way, the life-wind enters into the bindu, and the wind-mind holds onto the bindu of "Hum." It is said that this is the fruit of life-force exertion. In order to request the key points of this oral instruction, do not engage in the combination of the eight worldly dharmas, and treat the Dharma and the guru with respect. May you possess the warmth of experiential realization. For those who keep secrets from the guru and spy on the warmth of the instructions, for those who accumulate words and want to receive instructions through cunning means, if the practice of red guidance is given, the samaya will be broken. It is essential to carefully examine whether one is a suitable vessel. From the depths of your heart, renounce this life and practice. For those yogis who have the fortune to practice this Dharma, if they appear, because they are without deceit, it should be given. If it is not so, it contradicts the words of the Buddha. If someone cannot practice this Dharma in solitary retreat for one year, this instruction should not be given. This instruction should not be given to those who do not please the guru and Dharma protectors. This instruction should not be given to those who do not directly offer a golden flower. If the instruction is shown to those who are unsuitable vessels who violate these vows, the heart's blood of this person should be scattered by the assembly of Dharma protectors and dakinis. These are the words of the great accomplished one. According to the practice, this concludes the practice notes written by Gyal Khampa Dawa Senge. May there be auspiciousness! May there be goodness!
