祈请转妙法轮！祈请勿入涅槃长久住世！善根为利一切众生回向！如是说。之后，怀着清净罪障智慧甘露之流的意念，念诵：达雅塔，嗡 嘎德 嘎德 巴RA嘎德 巴RA桑嘎德 菩提 梭哈。（藏文：ཏདྱ་ཐཱ། 梵文天城体：तद्यथा，梵文罗马拟音：tadyathā，汉语字面意思：如是）。之后，献上四印供：顶礼三千大千世界一切处，所有显现之色，皆献上身之胜妙手印供，祈赐身不变之成就。三千大千世界一切处，所有发出之声，皆献上语之胜妙手印供，祈赐语不绝之成就。三千大千世界一切处，所有意之念想，皆献上意之胜妙手印供，祈赐意不谬之成就。三千大千世界一切处，所有乐与苦，皆献上吉祥手印供，乐则将乐回向于众，愿大乐遍布虚空。苦则我来承担痛苦，愿轮回痛苦之海干涸，三界一切有情皆得安乐！啪！之后，分离身心而献曼扎：皮肤为黄金地基，指骨为铁围山环绕之中，头颅胸膛为须弥山，双眼以日月为庄严，四肢与四大洲等，此圆满之身曼扎，献于上师本尊空行众，为加持故祈请享用！啪！之后，献身供并布施，于白施食四宾客之后，以红施食为首，怀着人皮鼓之意念而作：顶礼此地之神圣处所之神鬼，以及于具缘我示现神通之，显现世间之一切神鬼，如虚空云聚般降临！如虚空雨水般降临！如大地红风般席卷！献此身予汝等众，献外身血肉之六供，愿得六度波罗蜜。献内身九子之供，愿得九乘次第。献五根之供

Please turn the wheel of Dharma! Please do not pass into Nirvana, but remain and grant blessings! May the root of virtue be dedicated to the benefit of all beings! Thus, speak. Then, with the intention of purifying sins with the stream of wisdom nectar, recite: Tadyatha, Om Gate Gate Para Gate Para Sam Gate Bodhi Svaha. (藏文：ཏདྱ་ཐཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: तद्यथा, Sanskrit Romanization: tadyathā, Literal Chinese Meaning: Thus it is). Then, offering the four mudra offerings: Homage to all the three thousand great thousand worlds, all that appears as form, I offer the supreme body mudra offering, grant the unchanging accomplishment of the body. In all the three thousand great thousand worlds, all that resounds as sound, I offer the supreme speech mudra offering, grant the unceasing accomplishment of speech. In all the three thousand great thousand worlds, all thoughts of the mind, I offer the supreme mind mudra offering, grant the unerring accomplishment of mind. In all the three thousand great thousand worlds, all happiness and suffering, I offer the auspicious mudra offering, if there is happiness, may happiness be dedicated to the assembly, may great happiness pervade the sky. If there is suffering, may I take on the suffering, may the ocean of suffering of samsara be dried up, may all sentient beings of the three realms be endowed with happiness! Phat! Then, separating body and mind and offering the mandala: Skin as the golden ground, finger bones in the center surrounded by iron mountains, head and chest as Mount Meru, two eyes adorned with the sun and moon, four limbs with the four continents, etc. This complete body mandala, I offer to the assembly of gurus, yidams, and dakinis, please accept it for the sake of blessing! Phat! Then, offering the body offering and giving alms, after the white offering to the four guests, with the red offering at the head, with the intention of the thigh-bone drum: Homage to the gods and spirits dwelling in this sacred place, and to all the gods and spirits of existence who show miracles to me, the fortunate one, gather like clouds in the sky!
