By observing various appearances without distraction, repeatedly meditate on the state of being nothing and unidentifiable. Regarding this, according to how your own experience arises, it needs to be introduced by a lama. However, the way to practice the meaning of the introduction is: when this mind abides, there is no identification whatsoever, and self-appearance is clear and vivid, capable of manifesting anything. Even in the time of movement, the nature of movement itself is the emptiness of the movement of object and subject. Although the appearance of movement does not cease, there is no identification whatsoever. Even when various appearances of objects manifest, from the moment the appearance is unceasing and vividly clear, there is no identification. Thus, the nature of object appearance, thoughts, and mind abiding, these three are not established as separate, there is no difference. They are not established as one, all is emptiness of objects, that is the meaning of the Great Mother Prajnaparamita, the intention of the Buddhas of the three times. Although many terms such as emptiness, freedom from elaboration, inexpressibility, and ultimate truth have been applied, the meaning is that single moment of one's own mind. Therefore, simply through recognizing that nature, whether abiding or moving, whatever arises, without altering it, rest in equanimity. Second, cutting the four maras in the sphere of reality, among the four, first is cutting the obstructing mara in the sphere of reality: relying on objects of attachment and aversion such as enemies and friends, forms, sounds, smells, tastes, and tactile objects, the arising of grasping thoughts is called the obstructing mara. The meaning of obstructing is the meaning of relying on external objects such as forms. The way to cut it is, for example, when remembering an enemy and a thought of hatred arises, when anger flares up, without being controlled by it, at that very moment, strongly utter "ཕཊ་(藏文),फट्(梵文天城体),phaṭ(梵文罗马拟音),cut". Do not look at the right or wrong of that thought from any angle, but cut it with force, and rest calmly in the previous primordial sphere of reality. Similarly, for friends and wealth, etc., attachment arises, for pleasant forms, etc., attachment arises, for unpleasant ones, hatred and disgust arise, some are feared, some are pitied, and for the rest, although there is no high or low of attachment and aversion, purify all the strong grasping thoughts that arise there as before. That is, let the thought arise naturally, do not be controlled by it.

If Rana is taken by the demon, immediately say "PHAṬ" (藏文,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:呸!), cutting off the continuity is cutting. After that, the previous meditation is improved, which is the degree of completion and the degree of cutting. This can also be inferred to the following. Second, cutting off the demon of unobstructedness: The meaning of the demon of unobstructedness does not depend on external causes. Even without causes, joy or displeasure, excitement or depression, fear, etc., arise as high and low discriminations. When these thoughts arise from the path, cut them off with "PHAṬ" (藏文,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:呸!) and place them in the Dharmadhatu. Third, cutting off the demon of joy and elation: If good attachments and pride arise due to the excellence of the lama and lineage, or the increase of one's own virtuous deeds, or the fulfillment of favorable conditions, etc., and then feelings of joy and elation arise, this is the demon of joy and elation. As before, cut it off in the Dharmadhatu. Fourth, cutting off the demon of arrogance: Whatever discriminations and attachments arise are all demons of arrogance. Whatever appears, send it to the Dharmadhatu with "PHAṬ" (藏文,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:呸!) as before, and it will be cut off. Here, the previous three are all included. If you have not experienced the self-reliant practice of the above and go to a solitary place, it is an empty act. You must stand on these meditation foundations. Going to a solitary place is for improving practice, and it should be understood as such. Third, subsequent practice is divided into three types: peaceful cutting, fierce cutting, and cutting that combines peacefulness and fierceness. The first is: In one's own residence, cultivate loving-kindness and compassion intensely towards all sentient beings in four sessions each day, and it is important to make a torma offering at the end of each session. Specifically, three human head pots appear in front of oneself. One's own mind transforms into Vajravarahi, emerging from the stage of completion. Cut off the head and place it on the pot. Chop the remaining parts of one's body into pieces and put them in there. Its extent becomes as vast as the edge of the sky, and by reciting "OṂ ĀḤ HŪṂ" (藏文,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hūṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡啊吽), it turns into an ocean of nectar. Invite all the holy beings of the root and lineage lamas, yidams, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, heroes, dakinis, Dharma protectors, and guardians. By offering to them, all of them are satisfied and pleased. Give to all sentient beings of the six realms, so that they are temporarily satisfied and ultimately purify all sins and obscurations. The remnants of the nectar
