Think about it in your mind. The third is to visualize the Lama and Machig Labdrön as inseparable in front of you, and clearly visualize the Yidam and other objects of refuge in front of you. Fill all the realms of the world with offerings, desirable qualities, and all enjoyments. With devotion, offer your body, speech, and mind, along with the accumulation of merit from the three times, to the Lama and the Three Jewels. Offer as many seven-heap mandalas as possible, and also offer an elaborate mandala at the beginning and end. At the end of each mandala, recite once: "I offer my body and possessions, and all the merit accumulated in the three times, to you, Lama and Three Jewels. Please accept them with compassion." The fourth is to meditate on the Lama and Machig as inseparable on the crown of your head. Generate strong devotion from the bottom of your heart, and if you wish, you can also recite the lineage prayer of this practice. In particular, thinking that all sentient beings, including yourself, are praying to the Lama with strong devotion: "Precious Lama with a name, please bless me. There is no other place of hope, so please bless me now. Please bless me to abandon the mind of self-grasping. Please bless me to realize the unborn as the only one. Please bless me to transform obstacles into accomplishments. Please bless me to cut off the hordes of demons in their own place. Please bless me to achieve Buddhahood in one lifetime." Pray with one-pointedness. At the end of the session, the Lama dissolves into light and merges into you. Make aspirations for the Lama to take care of you, and rest for a while. For a while, practice visualizing each of these until you are proficient, and then again, take refuge in the morning, generate Bodhicitta at noon, offer mandalas in the evening, and practice the Lama's yoga intensely at night. By practicing for seven days or half a month, various experiences will arise, and there may also be sporadic births of mind realization that are in accordance with the main practice. In any case, for those practices that were previously practiced separately, practice each for about seven days. By combining everything, it is important to practice the preliminaries for at least two and a half months. Second, the main practice is to explain the meaning of the Mother and to cut the four maras in the Dharmadhatu. The first part includes the instructions for holding the mind and the explanation. The first is: the body is arranged in the seven aspects of Vairochana, the breath is left in its natural state, and the mind cuts off the proliferation of thoughts of the three times.

After cutting off, the past conceptual thoughts cease. The future has not yet arisen, and for this moment of present awareness, maintain that "So Khang." If conceptual thoughts suddenly arise, cut off "Papa" and guard it as before. If it flows downwards, spreading like the ocean, this is a great fault, and thinking that such a thing must not happen again in the future, make a great determination. Then, again and again, hold it with mindfulness, and as before, practice, and it will become less and less. For the time being, there is no other method except that. Even if you practice for a long time, and only conceptual thoughts arise, then visualize in front of you a golden vajra, manifesting a vajra the size of a mustard seed. For the time it takes to eat three mouthfuls of tsampa, intensely focus your awareness there and gaze at it. Immediately after that, as before, do not adjust or guard. Again, focus your mind on the vajra. Again, guard in the natural state. Alternate in that way, practicing about twenty-one times. Do that every day, and the strong conceptual thoughts will gradually diminish. If that does not help, replace the vajra with an image of the Blessed One, Shakyamuni Buddha, about the size of a finger joint. The rest is the same as before. If that also does not help, visualize inseparable from the guru and Machig, uttering the sound of "Phaṭ(藏文:ཕཊ།,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:帕)" loudly and intensely from the mouth, the body like burning meteoric iron, going unhindered through everything. About the size of a finger joint, coming from nowhere, intensely focus on piercing your own body, piercing upwards, piercing downwards, piercing outwards, piercing inwards. After that, as before, guard in the state of non-conceptuality, and by practicing in this way, you will surely eliminate all kinds of conceptual thoughts, as well as all other obstacles to the arising of samadhi. In this way, through those methods, abiding in equipoise as before, the mind will become bright, clear, and lucid, able to abide as desired, and you will be able to recall whatever you need to think about as you wish, without being involuntarily controlled by conceptual thoughts, and shamatha will come near. At these times, if awareness is not clear, but dark and dim, and you feel drowsy during the session, and memory is not clear, that is due to the power of accumulated sinking, so you should go to the rooftop or the top of a mountain, or another cool and open place. Look upwards with your eyes, raise your awareness, and practice with concentration, and you will surely eliminate the sinking. Second, introducing the nature: In the previous state, with the wisdom of inner observation, greatly observe the nature of your own mind itself. Outwards
