Whatever supplies are needed, offer whatever the lama likes without hesitation, and through the power of that, realization will arise. Second, there are four key points for extracting the essence of transforming causes, and among them, there are four points. First, the key point of transforming whatever is spoken into the recitation of secret mantras is: The so-called time of the wheel's decline refers to the time when the handprints are visible and invisible in the evening and morning. That is, in the early morning, before the crow's cry startles and before other words are spoken, recite the sixteen vowels headed by Om (ༀ,Devanagari: ॐ,IAST: oṃ,Literal meaning: Om) three times. In the evening, when the birds' chirping stops and it's time to sleep, recite the thirty-four consonants ended with Svāhā (སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,Devanagari: स्वाहा,IAST: svāhā,Literal meaning: Svaha) three times. In this way, day and night, whatever is spoken is transformed into mantra, and whatever is accomplished, its power will manifest unimpeded. Second, the key point of the two accumulations being naturally perfected in the mindstream by staying in an ordinary state is: When falling asleep at night, lie down on the right side and recite the consonants three times, so that all moving thoughts become the self-power of the emptiness of mind itself, and expand the mind into a state of unbornness like the sky and then sleep. When waking up in the morning, recite the vowels three times, so that all external appearances manifest unceasingly as the display of one's own mind, and expand it as if it were an illusion. Thus, even if body and speech remain in an ordinary state, the two accumulations will be naturally perfected without effort. Third, the key point of afflictive emotions naturally perfecting into the power of samadhi is: Afflictions are the self-power of the mind, and even if one tries to abandon them, they cannot be abandoned; they must be transformed into the path through special methods. That is, if a yogi has a thought of desire, he should stare nakedly at the nature of desire itself, causing it to disintegrate completely. In that state, recite Om (ༀ,Devanagari: ॐ,IAST: oṃ,Literal meaning: Om) pa pha ba bha ma a ā i ī u ū e ai o au aṃ āḥ svāhā one hundred or twenty-one times, so that the affliction dissolves into the realm of emptiness of its own nature, and desire will manifest as discriminating awareness. Similarly, if anger arises, recognize it as before, and recite the ṭa group letters and the twelve vowels, and anger will manifest as mirror-like wisdom. If jealousy arises, recognize it and recite the ca group letters and the twelve vowels, and jealousy will manifest as accomplishing wisdom. If filled with pride, recognize it and recite the ka group letters and the twelve vowels, and pride will manifest as equanimity wisdom. If ignorance

If there is delusion, identify it, and by reciting the Ta group and the twelve vowels, the wisdom of Dharmadhatu will appear. That is, as a condition for the path, through the action of the environment, wherever afflictions arise, abide right there and practice. Whatever affliction arises, look at it intently, and it will not be able to stand on its own and will be completely liberated. In that state, to guard and stabilize it, recite the respective mantras. In the oral transmission commentaries and old instruction manuals, there is only this much. However, in what was seen as the methods of changing body posture and gaze made by the Lama, generally, the body posture is the vajra full lotus position with the legs, and the body is upright. Specifically, for hatred, cross and stretch the two hands, embrace the left knee, and turn the gaze to the right. For desire, do the opposite, embrace the right knee with both hands, and turn the gaze to the left. For ignorance, join the thumbs and index fingers of both hands in the meditation mudra, and lower the gaze to the tip of the nose. For jealousy, place the palms half-crossed on the lap with the elbows slightly raised, and turn the gaze directly forward. For pride, press the hands on the ground and turn the eyes upward. Fourth, the key to making the channels and winds workable without relying on the upper and lower gates is: whatever virtuous practice you do, at the beginning of each session, in the center of the thirty-two petals of the great bliss wheel at the crown of your head, visualize the seed syllable ༀ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: om) of the Lama's body, and on the petals visualize the thirty-two consonants. In the center of the enjoyment wheel at the throat, visualize the seed syllable ཨཱཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: ah) of speech, and on the petals visualize the sixteen vowels. In the center of the eight petals of the Dharma wheel at the heart, visualize the seed syllable ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: hum) of mind, and on the petals visualize the eight letters ཨ་ཀ་ཙ་ཊ་ཏ་པ་ཡ་ཤ་. In the center of the sixty-four petals of the emanation wheel at the navel, visualize ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: hriḥ), and on the petals visualize the thirty-two consonants twice, clearly visualizing them clockwise and counterclockwise. That is, on the dakini channel, the letters appear in the form of warriors. Thus, at the beginning of each session, place these letters, recite them once, and gradually visualize them clearly, and then enter the session. When coming out of the session, recite these letters three times. The letters gradually dissolve into the bindu bodhicitta, enter the central channel, and dissolve into it, so that all phenomena become the nature of pure bodhicitta, free from elaboration, like the sky.
