The essence of the clear light view. After awakening, blend clarity with non-conceptuality. The clear light of day and bardo, view as the self-arising of the three kayas, inseparable. This is the meaning hidden in the tantras, unknown to many, this is the ultimate single-word liberation. Through familiarization and stability in non-meditation, non-distraction, one traverses the stages and paths at this time. Not engaging the mind, the two obscurations are purified in their own place. The three kayas self-arise, the fruition is spontaneously accomplished. Although taught in all sutras and tantras, its nature is concealed. It is to be known from the blessing and oral instructions of the lama. In the sky of the Dharmakaya, from the clouds of realization, view the lightning of the five poisons as great wisdom. Not engaging the mind, free from all hope and fear, to you, this ordinary awareness, I prostrate. This vajra word was requested by the scholar-accomplished Khyungpo Naljor after offering five hundred gold coins to the wisdom dakini, and he kept it inseparable in a gau box resembling a citta around his neck. The wisdom dakini, named Gupta, was the sister of the venerable Naropa, a self-arisen yogini, the sovereign of the ten bhumis, and was directly embraced by the victorious Vajradhara himself, who spoke this vajra verse of self-liberation Mahamudra. Like a wish-fulfilling jewel, to the nature of mind, I prostrate. Those who wish to attain perfect Buddhahood, for the sake of purifying ordinary conceptual thoughts. Clearly visualize one's own body as the deity, with pure devotion and respect towards the lama. Not thinking of the lama and yidam, and substantial and insubstantial, etc., not engaging the mind in anything. Abide in the unmade, natural state. One's own mind, unmade, is the Dharmakaya, not being distracted from it is the key to meditation. One should realize the great state free from extremes. For those thoughts of attachment and aversion that cause one to abandon the ocean of samsara, with the sharp weapon of unbornness, cut them off as without inherent existence. If the root of a tree is cut, then branches will no longer grow. Just as from a clear ocean, bubbles arise and dissolve into the water, likewise, conceptual thoughts are nothing other than the nature of reality. Do not view them as faults, relax and let them be. Whatever arises, whatever is born, in that very moment, without clinging, it is self-liberated. Appearances, sounds, and all phenomena are one's own mind. Other than mind, there is no other dharma. Mind is free from arising, ceasing, and elaboration. Knowing the suchness of mind.

He said: Although indulging in the five sensual pleasures, one does not deviate from the nature of reality. Just as one who goes to the golden island cannot find earth and stones, in the great expanse of equality, there is no abandonment, adoption, meditation, or post-meditation. When will it become manifest? At that time, it will be spontaneously accomplished. Like a wish-fulfilling jewel that fulfills the hopes of beings. The three types of individuals, superior, middling, and inferior, should be understood according to the levels of intelligence. Thus he spoke. The wisdom dakini Sukhasiddhi, the great accomplished Virupa, fully empowered in the mandala of manifestation, realized the eighth bhumi in one night, directly met Vajradhara, and the Bhagavan mother without self, inseparable from her, bestowed the essence of the instructions to the fortunate ones. Without using the six aggregates for objects, the path of nirvana without memory. In the realm of phenomena, like various flowers, the great seal is free from mind. Do not meditate, do not meditate, do not meditate with the mind. Meditating with the mind is a cycle of delusion of thoughts. Bound to samsara by thoughts, there is nothing to meditate on apart from the mind. In the empty space of unknowing, restrain the root of the mind with knowing. Restrain the root and leave it loose. Thus he spoke. The great accomplished master Shavaripa was personally taken care of and prophesied that the great seal of bardo would be accomplished. The chief of countless heroes and dakinis. The essence of the meaning of reality, the master of the instructions of non-conceptualization. The victorious Maitripa, the non-dual Vajra himself, when residing in Vikramaśīla in a hidden manner, the Sangha saw him enjoying wine and mudra and expelled him from the monastery. On the Ganges River, he spread a seat of Sāla bark. Dressed as a hunter, he departed and sang this song. It is blissful to rely on the venerable guru, it is blissful to drink the nectar of instructions, it is blissful to personally experience that nature, it is blissful to have no experience, it is blissful to have a view without hope or fear, it is blissful when spontaneously accomplished, it is blissful to have no dualistic clinging in meditation, it is blissful to have no attachment, it is blissful to have conduct without acceptance or rejection, it is blissful to have no fear, it is blissful to look at the mind with the mind, it is blissful to cut off the straying path of hope and fear, it is blissful to wander in mountain retreats.
