Adorned with five dry skulls, wearing a necklace of fifty wet, bleeding skulls. Decorated with six bone ornaments and snakes, wearing a tiger skin loincloth, tied with a green silk belt. With a hanging belly and limbs that are thick and coarse. The forehead is smeared with sindhura, and the hands and feet are adorned with tinkling bells. Wearing a wet elephant skin as clothing, with a crown of the Buddha Akshobhya. Contemplate him residing in the center of blazing wisdom fire. Bless his three places, invite and merge the wisdom being. Above his crown, at a height of one arrow, on a lotus and moon seat, the root guru is white in color, with one face and two arms. The right hand holds a skull drum or a precious jewel, and the left hand holds a golden bell. Both feet are in a standing posture. Adorned with silk and various precious ornaments, possessing a peaceful and smiling demeanor. Merely seeing his form purifies obscurations, and merely hearing his voice will surely lead to the irreversible ground. Contemplate him radiating immeasurable light. The purification of the body's obscurations, etc., is the same as the common practice. From the throat, a red Ah (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿) appeared, and dissolved into my own throat. From the heart, a blue Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) appeared, and dissolved into my own heart. Then it dissolved into the Lama Protector. The Protector dissolved into light and dissolved into me, and the mind remained in equanimity like a reflection in a mirror. The obscurations of body, speech, and mind were purified. I thought that I had received the fourth empowerment. Then, before the inseparable Lama Protector, I take refuge with reverence. May I purify all the afflictions of all sentient beings without exception!
