Those two, kill birth within. The channel is the form of merit, without a male there is no fruit. The great mudra and no binding, without distinction there is no fruit. The wind gathers in one wheel, act as it is bound. The yogi should destroy, destroy one's own wind-mind. Having become endowed with the power of wind, enter the door of the central channel. Destroy with the order of union, fill the four wheels with wind. The hand's linga should be bound, the two feet point upwards. The two tips stand on the ground, firmly strike against the thighs. Shake as much as you can endure, wind destroys with wind. Wind creates with wind, wind kills with wind. Wind pervades all, wind bestows all accomplishments. Wind becomes immortal, therefore it is called nectar accomplishment. Said by Virupa. Well bound is the work of the body, Mount Meru is in the middle. What is done by the vajra wind tip, with this filling union, the knot of Brahma should be untied. The gods walk on top of Mount Meru, Mount Meru is shaking and changing, it makes everything faint. Brahma and other gods are hidden. With the first union, the knot of Brahma should be untied. Having untied that, untie Vishnu, after that untie the knot of Ishvara. After that abandon delusion and so on. The door of Brahma is hidden, the door of wind is distinguished. The instruction is great and the piercing is great, the great mudra is the third. This is the three secrets, they are known as accomplished by union. Whichever of those three is suitable, that one knows the three worlds. Whoever practices this diligently, becomes the lord of all. The protectors, the gods of the gods, and the lords of the lords of men. Empowerment is pure for all, everything is completely superior. Therefore all the gods should strive, to practice diligently in the great mudra. With this mudra everything arises, whatever is the great accomplished one. The two, that is excellent, and liberation from death, and beneficial to body and mind. Even just by abiding in the mind, one will not be born in the womb.

What is the vow of the mudra? For the karma mudra, beings are born from it. Karma is also the six realms of samsara. Dharma is the Dharma mudra, to be taken and practiced with the mind. Having prostrated at the feet of the Guru, hold the Guru in reverence and joy. This is the samaya mudra. The Great Mudra binds the nine channels. The feet and hands should be bound, and all the channels should be pulled. The life-breath should be exhaled three times, and by rising, the channels are directed upwards. Having destroyed all diseases, the meaning of the Great Mudra is also perfected. Just as in the sky, clouds blaze and gather, and are violently destroyed by the wind, so too, even if this body is completely occupied by diseases, it should be destroyed by the skillful wind. The five elements, though difficult, should be kneaded by the actions of karma. When the senses are weary and exhausted, abide in a one-pointed state of mind, and abide with the Great Binding. This wheel of power frightens the world of the gods above. By stretching the feet downwards, all the nagas are also frightened. This stretching and contracting of the hands shakes the four directions. This is the star of Jha-hita. First, "Mi" is the letter, and the corresponding union should be declared. By a union endowed with faith, the yogi will surely accomplish the Great Mudra. The Great Binding should be declared. The wind makes the body tremble. Two bindings should be known: abiding in the bindu as it is, and the goddess of Jha-ki-bhandha. Binding the throat is a deity. Possessing the full one and the vase one, the mudra should be held in this way. Bind in an instant, and keep secret from gods and non-gods. Because of possessing the path of binding the anus, the breath is completely contracted and raised upwards. It should be mixed with the equalizing air, the yogi has made the binding. It should be delivered to the door of the central channel, and the three channels should be completely blocked. The breath should be held inside, and the life-breath should also be moistened. By doing so, the lower part swells, and it should move upwards. This is the union of the upper and lower airs. Thus, in the human body, the path of accomplishment is very clear, and experience arises.
