From the state of emptiness beyond expression, visualize the mandala as a precious palace, square with four doors and steps, beautiful and pleasing, clear and unobstructed. Within it, contemplate a base like a four-tiered city. Homage to the Gurus)", placing a heap in the center of the mandala. Visualize the root guru, the lineage gurus, and all gurus with Dharma connections seated around the center of the base. Similarly, in front of the mandala, recite "Namo Mandala Devata (藏文:ན་མོ་མཎྜལ་དེ་ཝ་ཏྭ་,梵文天城体:नमो मण्डल देवता,梵文罗马拟音:namo mandala devata,汉语字面意思:Homage to the Mandala Deity)", placing a heap, and visualize the assembly of Yidam deities residing. On the right side of the Dharma wheel, recite "Namo Buddhaya (藏文:ན་མོ་བུདྡྷཱ་ཡ་,梵文天城体:नमो बुद्धाय,梵文罗马拟音:namo buddhāya,汉语字面意思:Homage to the Buddha)", placing a heap, and visualize countless Buddhas residing. Homage to the Dharma)", placing a heap, and visualize the sacred Dharma residing in the form of scriptures. Homage to the Sangha)", visualize countless Bodhisattva Sanghas residing. Offer the five offerings to them. If there are two mandalas, request them to reside in front. If there is only one, lift it with your hands and visualize the guru, Yidam, and palace residing in the sky in front. Then, gradually withdraw from the last heap. Then, arrange the offering mandala, recite the Swabhava mantra (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), and wipe it with the Dharma wheel, visualizing emptiness. From the state of emptiness, visualize the mandala itself as a golden base. In its center, east, south, west, north, northeast, and northwest, place a heap of flowers with the Dharma wheel. In the center is Mount Meru with four levels, the east is white silver, the south is blue lapis lazuli, the west is red ruby, and the north is golden yellow. The east is Purvavideha, shaped like a white crescent moon. The south is Jambudvipa, colored blue. The west is Aparagodaniya, shaped like a red circle. The north is Uttarakuru, shaped like a yellow square. Visualize offering all the people, wealth, and enjoyment of these, and recite: The central Mount Meru, the eastern Purvavideha, the southern Jambudvipa, the western Aparagodaniya, the northern Uttarakuru, the sun, the moon, the wealth of gods and humans, my body, enjoyment, and all the merits of the three times, all offered to the Guru Jetsun Dampa and the sacred Three Jewels, please accept them. May the supreme accomplishment of the Great Seal be complete.

Please bless me to attain the qualities of the stages and paths. Please generate the supreme realization in my mind-stream. Please stabilize my experiences without interruption. Please make appearances arise as interdependent origination. Please bless me to attain all the supreme siddhis of Mahamudra. Thus, supplicate. For one set of the practice mandala, offer seven offering mandalas. Fourth, meditating on impermanence: Think carefully about how many years have passed since I was born until now. During that time, remember the relatives who have died, such as parents and siblings. They all died one by one, confused, ignorant, and unprepared. I haven't died, how fortunate I am! Moreover, remember the villagers and neighbors who have died. These people also died one by one. I haven't died, how fortunate I am! Powerful kings and local officials, this one and that one also died. Wealthy rich people, this one and that one also died. Capable people, this one and that one also died. Brave people, this one and that one also died. Young children, this one and that one also died, but I haven't died, how fortunate I am! So many people I know have died, countless people I don't know have died. So many people I recognize have died, countless people I don't recognize have died. I haven't died, how fortunate I am! There has never been anyone who has not died and remained in liberation, and now there is no one who will not die and remain in liberation, everyone will die. When will I die? At the time of death, wealth cannot deceive. After death, one cannot take even a grain of barley or a grain of gold. Even if there are relatives and friends, they cannot help at all at the time of death. After death, one cannot take even a single thing. Even if one has great power, one cannot stay for even a moment. At that time, anything that is not Dharma will not help, etc., think carefully. Thus, death is certain to come. No one knows when one will die. If one can make it through, will they say "I have died" or not? Thinking of this terrifying body being struck by a fierce disease of death. The body collapses, the eyes sink deep. The mouth and nose droop, the teeth fall out. The pulses contract. The breath goes out with a whooshing sound, and one cannot inhale, making a gasping sound. Tears and snot flow together, the body leans back, when will these things happen? Tomorrow, the day after tomorrow,
