It is said that this is the benefit of love, compassion, bodhicitta, generation stage, devotion, and the four Mahamudras. It is said that in secret practice, these four ways of using gods and demons as the path in one dangerous place can be decided in three, three, twelve days. This is my personal experience, so if you practice it, there will be a difference compared to other instructions and intelligence. Meditate and see. These methods of expelling diseases are not ordinary blessings, but are very sharp and profound. If you practice without interruption by conceptual thoughts, you can expel any disease, whether large or small. ༈ Second, to expel the diseases of others, when you arrive at the patient's side, first prioritize the aspiration for bodhicitta, abide with firm pride as the deity, place the patient in the direction of your breath flowing left or right, and have the patient face the direction of their breath flowing. If both of these are in accordance, then it is an auspicious connection. Have the patient practice strong devotion, and clearly visualize the blue Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽) syllable in your heart.
