It is not. Not seeing and not beholding is seeing the ultimate truth. As stated in the Sutra Collection: "Forms are not seen, feelings are also not seen, perceptions are not seen, beings are not seen, and that which is consciousness, mind, and intellect are not seen; this is what the Thus-Gone One taught as seeing the Dharma." And so on. The meaning of the natural state cannot be spoken, cannot be expressed in words, and cannot be conceived in the mind. The Prajnaparamita is beyond speech, thought, and expression. Unborn, unceasing, it is the very nature of space. The realm of individual self-awareness and wisdom. I prostrate to the mother of the Buddhas of the three times. Thus it is. If one realizes one's own mind, this is exactly the intention of the Buddha, so realizing this alone is sufficient. As stated in the Two Examinations Tantra: "In any realm of the world, another Buddha cannot be found. Mind itself is the complete Buddha. There is no other Buddha to be shown." And so on, all the Buddha's teachings unanimously declare. It is sufficient to rest in the nature where no essence is established. Although the cause and condition are within oneself, the guru's introduction is like showing a mirror. Because there is nothing whatsoever to meditate on, the meditation to be realized is destroyed. The antidote to meditation is destroyed. The fruit of meditation is destroyed in the exhaustion of mind and Dharma. There are six ways to rest without meditating. Whatever is done becomes a mistake, so rest in non-doing. Whatever is meditated becomes conceptual, so rest in non-meditation. Whatever is said becomes emptiness, so rest in non-speaking. Whatever is remembered becomes appearance-emptiness, so rest in self-liberation. Whatever moves becomes the nature of Dharma, so rest in vastness. Since it is spontaneously accomplished from the beginning, rest in what is. There are three at the end: how to maintain, how to dispel obstacles, and how to enhance realization. The first has three parts: for beginners, during the time of small yoga, rely on solitude. Reduce all activities of busyness and attachment. Generate effort and diligence. Suppress conceptual thoughts. Increase and cut off at the root. Whether meditation arises or not, strive to practice. During the time of intermediate yoga, do not interrupt meditation. Do not let this life control you. Cut off all the eight worldly concerns (gain and loss, fame and disgrace, praise and blame, pleasure and pain), both subtle and gross. In top-pressing and equal taste, do not separate from the support of the antidote. During the time of great yoga, abandon both what is to be abandoned and the antidote. Afflictions and wisdom. Conceptual thoughts and

Body speech. It should be placed in the emptiness where there is no object to be cultivated or cultivator. Second, there are also three types of obstacles to be removed: obstacles of body, speech, and mind; obstacles of hearing, thinking, and meditating; obstacles of view, meditation, and action, which must be recognized and removed. Third, to generate realization: one should rely on the five supreme paths. ༈. Second, the practice of Tummo Yoga is divided into three parts: preliminary practice, main practice, and subsequent practice. First, inspired by renunciation and faith, first practice refuge and generating bodhicitta. The second is divided into three: to regulate the channels, practice emptiness; to generate heat, practice Tummo; to generate realization, practice its oral instructions. First, this body is empty, light, and soft. Visualize that all the dirt in the abdomen is discharged from the two lower doors, like blowing away ashes. Visualize the three channels as if they were weights hanging on a scale, not sticking together. Second, practicing the general key points of Tummo is divided into three: establishing the key points of the body, the key points of the incoming and outgoing breath, and the key points of focusing on the object. First, establish the five meditation dharmas or the seven postures of Vairochana. Second, hold the vase breathing with four actions. Third, visualize oneself as the deity, the upper end of the central channel inserted into the "ཧཾ" (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: hōng) at the crown of the head, and the lower end located below the navel, like the mouth of a conch shell. The left and right channels, the upper end leads to the nostrils, and the lower end bends upward from four fingers below the navel and enters the central channel. Visualize that at the junction of the three channels, there is a spark of fire, eight fingers long, red in color, with a sharp tip, hot to the touch, and bright red. Focus on visualizing that all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, the heroes and dakinis, and the lineage gurus dissolve into it, making it a hundred thousand times hotter than before. As a result, the entire central channel is red and hot, and all sins and obscurations are burned away. Third, practicing the oral instructions is divided into three: generating realization, gaining stability, and removing obstacles. The first is also divided into three: warm bliss, generating the realization of Mahamudra. First, in the center of the red eight-petaled flame lotus, oneself is Vajrayogini, with a body of flame. In her heart is a flame Vajrayogini identical to her. Pouring the flame Vajrayogini from the crown of the head, there is no difference between inside and outside, it is the nature of flame.
