The Svabhavikakaya, the unified essence that is indivisible or of one taste in duality. The body is the nature of the five wisdoms, the lord of all lineages. The chief of all mandalas. Believing without doubt that it is the union of the Three Jewels from the depths of your heart and bones. Entrusting all your hopes and refuge in this life and all future bardo states. Like dissolving into the other side, like being unable to separate, focus on the White Lineage and all that it entails. Offer all the merits of your body, possessions, and the three times as a great cloud of offerings arising from the liberation of the noble Samantabhadra, with the seven branches. Make strong supplications with the four rounds of Mani and so on, with tears streaming down, at all times and in all ways. Furthermore, if you dissolve all the lamas who have a Dharma connection into that and pray, it will be like praying to all the lamas. Similarly, by dissolving all the yidams and praying, and by dissolving mantras into your speech, you will be approaching all the deities. If you dissolve all the Dharma protectors and pray, you will be removing all obstacles and accomplishing all favorable conditions. In short, if you know how to arrange the interdependence of the three fields of thought, objects, and reality with the lama, then all the needs of the Dharma will appear in the palm of his hand. Third, meditating on what is unnecessary: the place where one is born, loving relatives, accumulated wealth, cherished body, until attachment to all that is to be accepted and rejected in worldly human affairs has not completely changed from the depths of one's heart. Whatever attachment, clinging, and craving arises, abandon it far away from your mind. In reality, look at it like the poison of a black snake and abandon it. Say in your speech, "It is not necessary at all," and meditate on it from the bottom of your heart. Without being deceived by worldly appearances, as soon as you encounter the evil causes of attachment, clinging, and craving, immediately suppress them with such antidotes. Similarly, do not be attached, cling, or crave to the learning, contemplation, and secret meditation experiences and qualities of the inner Dharma. Completely abandon them from your mind and cut them off with the powerful mantra of uselessness. Fourth, practicing the reversal meditation: Going to secluded places is an external practice. Transforming the aggregates into food is a practice for disease. Grasping
