Whatever kind of conceptual thought or affliction arises, do not abandon it, nor let it control you, but let the arising thought remain in its natural state. Recognize it in the very moment it arises, so that it itself is not abandoned, but appears in its place as pure emptiness. This method is able to transform all adverse conditions into the path, so it is called "transforming adverse conditions into the path." Merely recognizing the conceptual thought itself is enough to be liberated, therefore realizing that abandonment and antidote are inseparable, this is the essence of Vajrayana practice - the meditation of reversal. Then, generate intense compassion for all sentient beings who have not yet realized the nature of their own mind, and engage in skillful activities such as the generation stage for the sake of all sentient beings through body, speech, and mind. However, through the method of wisdom, completely purify the attachment to reality, and by utilizing time blessed by mantra, it will not turn into affliction. Considering this kind of practice, it is said that there is no abandonment or acceptance for whatever path arises. 22 Third, meditating on the yoga of non-elaboration, which is divided into three: examining from the perspective of the three times, examining from the perspective of existence and non-existence, and examining from the perspective of one and many. First, examining from the perspective of the three times: the past mind has ceased and vanished, the future mind has not yet arisen or occurred, and the present mind has nothing to be identified. Similarly, through examination, the nature of all phenomena is also like this, everything is not true, but merely imputed by one's own mind. Therefore, birth, cessation, and abiding are not established. Recognizing this, Saraha said: "The arising of existence is utterly pacified like space, After abandoning all existences, what arises? Originally it is the nature of no-birth, Today the lama protector revealed and realized it." Like this, examine. 23 Second, examining from the perspective of existence and non-existence: is one's own mind established as existent, or established as non-existent? If it is established as existent, then where are the object and subject established? If the object is established, then what is its shape and color? The subject is also merely an appearance. If it is non-existent, then how do the various appearances arise? Through examination, if there is something established in its essence, then it can be established as existent.

E! Because no nature is established by examining with wisdom, it cannot be established as the dharma of existing things. Because it becomes the object of self-aware wisdom, it does not fall into the side of non-existent non-things. Therefore, because it is separated from both things and non-things, it does not fall into the path of permanence and annihilation, and is called the Middle Way. Moreover, this is not established by following or reversing reasoning, but by the guru's oral instructions, like seeing a treasure in the palm of one's hand, so it is called Great. The guru said: What enters into the heart, is like seeing a treasure in the palm of one's hand. Thus it is said. 24. Third, examining from the perspective of one and many: Is the mind... one? Or many? If it is one, then this called "mind" is merely established on what appears as various, how can it be established as one? If it is many, then how can all of these equally become emptiness of self-nature? After examining, because it is heterogeneous and transcends the extremes of existence and non-existence, it is called the Great Seal Non-Abiding. The yogi who realizes this way, in equanimity, nothing appears other than their own self-aware wisdom, so it is called Non-Appearance. In the subsequent attainment, because this path purifies the clinging to all dharmas as true, it appears as illusory. Thus it is said: In front and behind and in the ten directions, whatever is seen, that is it itself. Today, like the Protector, I have cut off delusion. I will not ask anyone. Thus it is said. 25. Second, the uncommon practice, the yoga of one taste in which all dharmas are undifferentiated in appearance and mind, and the yoga of no practice in which all dharmas innately co-emergent are established as the Dharmakaya. First, the yoga of one taste in which all dharmas are undifferentiated in appearance and mind, introducing appearance as mind with the example of sleep and dreams, introducing appearance and emptiness as union with the example of water and ice, and establishing all dharmas as of equal taste with the example of water and waves, there are three. First, introducing appearance as mind with the example of sleep and dreams: Just as whatever appears during sleep is not separate from the mind, all present appearances are also dreams made in the sleep of ignorance, and self-
