Thus, one obtains the empowerment of the great master, the Vajra Acharya. To clarify these from the perspective of the pride of abiding until the cycle of existence to accomplish boundless activities, one recites: With the nectar of the union of the Guru Father and Mother, purify the winds with the flow of Bodhicitta filling the roots. Experiencing the four joys of union, realize the nature of reality. Firmly uphold the three samayas, obtain empowerment, and become an Acharya. Thus, clarify by reciting and meditating. In all lifetimes, may the lineage lord not be confused, constantly holding the mandala of the Bhagavan Wrathful One, drinking the nectar of the lotus of wisdom, and accomplishing all existences in the essence of Bodhi. Thus, make aspirations. These are the instructions for the application or preliminary practices. Secondly, in the actual yoga, among the six dharmas such as Tummo, firstly, to generate what has not been generated, to stabilize what has been generated, and to enhance what has been stabilized, the first of these three is to initially purify the empty space: The essential posture is on a comfortable seat, with the legs crossed like eyes. The hands form the mudra of equipoise. The spine is straightened like an arrow, with the elbows drawn inward. With the key point of expanding the shoulder blades outward, the arms are extended like the wings of a garuda. The neck is slightly bent. The gaze is fixed on the tip of the nose. The tongue and lips remain natural. To straighten the body, the meditation belt is drawn from under the seat, looped over the shoulders, and one prays with devotion to the Guru. Then, recite: oṃ āḥ hūṃ kāyavākcittajñānavajrasvabhāva ātmako'ham (藏文:ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱཀྩི་ཏྟ་ཛྙཱ་ན་བཛྲ་སྭ་བྷཱ་བ་ཨཱཏྨ་ཀོ྅ཧཾ།,梵文天城体:ओम् आः हूँ कायवाक्चित्तज्ञानवज्रस्वभाव आत्माकोऽहम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hūṃ kāyavākcittajñānavajrasvabhāva ātmako'ham,汉语字面意思:嗡啊吽 身语意智金刚自性 我即是), by which all the outer and inner contents of the three realms become the support and the supported of the wheel of wisdom. In the center of that, visualize oneself as the Bhagavan Vajrayogini, with a red body, full of youth, the high places of the body bent like they are bent with bamboo strips, slightly baring fangs, with one face and two hands, the right hand holding a curved knife, the left hand holding a skull cup filled with blood, with the khatvanga of the nature of Heruka resting on the elbow, one-third of the hair tied up and the rest loose, a garland of human heads worn like a rosary, the breasts and bhaga full and concealed, in the center of blazing flames of wisdom, dancing on a lotus, sun disc, and red corpse, the inside of the body clear and transparent, free from turbidity, like a painting on the surface of the sky without any gaps.

Then. In speech, recite: My own body is the form of Vajrayogini, red with a purplish hue, holding a curved knife and skull cup. The bhaga is exceedingly full, with a dancing posture. Clear and transparent, free from all impurities. Thus, recite and meditate. 3. In order to accomplish the body of appearance, meditate well on emptiness. Now, to take hold of the basis of lineage, the practice of purifying the channels: the body posture is as before, and the focus is also on oneself as Vajrayogini, generated as before. In the center of that body is the central channel, blue, extremely straight. From the bottom up, adorned with various vajra-spoked wheels, up to the space of the Brahma aperture. Below, at the secret lotus, it exists like a stamen, about the size of a medium-sized millet. On the right is the red Rasana channel, and on the left is the white Lalana channel, both equal in size to the central channel, about the size of the thinnest millet. All three do not touch each other, like pillars erected in an empty room. If it feels too long or difficult to concentrate, it is acceptable to complete this section in one sitting without being too strict. Note: Then there is the navel wheel, with sixty-four petals, red, facing upwards, triangular, in the shape of the letter E (ཨེ). The heart wheel, with eight petals, facing downwards, white, round, in the shape of the letter VAM (ཝྃ). The throat wheel, with sixteen petals, red, facing upwards, triangular, in the shape of the letter E (ཨེ). The crown wheel, with thirty-two petals, facing downwards, white, round, in the shape of the letter VAM (ཝྃ). Meditate on the ends of these channels, along with their coverings, unobstructed, moderately thin and thick, unrelated to the Rasana and Lalana channels. To clarify this, recite: In the center of the body, the Dhuti is blue, clear, and straight. From the secret place up to the realm of Brahma. The Rasana and Lalana are equal in measure, red and white in color. Together with the four wheels, they are extremely clear. Thus, recite and meditate. 4. Then, to purify the wind, inhale through both nostrils with a natural breath, using slightly more mental effort, and at the moment of completion, first slowly, then forcefully exhale all the remaining air. Comparing the ocean to Mount Meru, at that time, all the sins and obscurations accumulated from beginningless lifetimes are expelled from both nostrils and all the pores of the body, like a sieve, thus purifying. The body becomes extremely pure, like a flawless mirror.
