Without needing to practice, without needing to hold with mindfulness, all appearances arise as practice, thereby giving rise to a state of non-separation from practice. Afterwards, if there arises a state in which one does not recognize impermanence in appearances, as a residue of ignorance, the alaya-consciousness, abiding in non-conceptual, unlabelled state, this is called the "habitual tendency of negative conditioning." Even if one does not accumulate karma, there will arise illusory-like grasping of impure wisdom, and it is said that even in dreams, there will be a slight appearance of grasping at reality without recognition. In the intermediate state of non-meditation, that subtle dualistic appearance, like an illusion, completely transforms into the cycle of non-meditation day and night. Afterwards, the subtle and subtle aspect of non-conceptual, non-recognition spontaneously arises, which is called completion in accordance with one's nature, and is a subtle habitual tendency of negative conditioning, and it is said that even at night there is that aspect. In the state of great non-meditation, that subtle and subtle aspect of non-conceptual, non-recognition is also purified into wisdom, the clear light path merges, and everything is transformed into the vast expanse of wisdom, and for one's own benefit, one attains the complete Dharmakaya. Because its own power matures without obstruction, for the benefit of others, with the appearance of the Form body, as long as samsara exists, the benefit of beings is spontaneously accomplished. Therefore, the non-meditation that arises in this life is: there is no antidote to be abandoned, no antidote to be relied upon, no object to be purified, no mind to purify, and having obtained from the depths of one's heart the certainty of no death and no birth, it is difficult to arise from small, medium, and various states of non-meditation. In general, a state of non-meditation that is separate from the meditator, the object of meditation, and the act of meditation will also become free from elaboration. Appearances and thoughts each arise as practice, and thus there will also arise a state of non-meditation without samadhi and post-meditation, becoming of one taste, but these are experiential non-meditations, not actual non-meditations. Therefore, in true non-meditation, until the subtle aspect of non-conceptual, non-recognition spontaneously arises, it is said to be important to maintain the ordinary stream of consciousness without alteration or meditation by the wheel of mindfulness and wisdom. Wherever one dwells, whatever kind of spiritual friends one associates with, whatever actions one performs, even if one does not accumulate karma, one should maintain the conduct of a great practitioner, raise the victory banner of retreat and practice, abandon improper conduct, and properly adopt and reject worldly activities. Samadhi and post-meditation etc.

Although the appearances of subsequent awareness and dreams are regarded as gradual, it is said that solitary meditation is practiced, but in the subsequent attainment, it is influenced by the appearances of this life, and all the appearances of teachings and strictness are unlikely, but the nature of realization will appear. Thus, among the experiences and appearances of realization of the twelve yogas, the last yogas are very difficult to thoroughly understand and are not objects of mental analysis. However, since it relies on the teachings of Je Gomchul and some Kagyu masters, it should be believed. Extensively push the practice to the extreme, learn from the teachings and instructions of the inner guru of one's own mind and the outer accomplished and realized guru, and in general, one must reach the state of exhaustion of mind and exhaustion of Dharma. For those of us whose karmic connections from previous practices have not been completed, we meditate for a few years with some happy Dharma. Assuming that we have realized enlightenment and acting in ways that seem beneficial to ourselves and others, it is very important for these people to make a firm decision and remain impartial. Fourth, the way to travel the grounds and paths by cultivating meditation: In general, practicing from the gradual path described in the characteristic vehicle, regarding the manner of appearance as the difference of qualities; and here, specializing in the one path of innate meditation, regarding the nature as the difference, the two are ultimately the same, but the forms are different temporarily. However, the way to travel the grounds and paths is: first, from entering the path of blessing until seeing the nature of one-pointed meditation and perfecting the power, it is the stage of the accumulation path of the beginner; between the three meditations of freedom from elaboration is the stage of the joining path of the land of faith practice; the three meditations of one taste and the small and medium non-meditation are the stage of the path of seeing of the first ground and the path of meditation from the second to the tenth ground; great non-meditation is the path and attainment of the Buddha's perfection. Since the self-arisen of the natural state is cultivated immediately, the path described in the causal vehicle is not cultivated, and the corresponding path signs do not arise based on it. It is said that when the power of great non-meditation is perfected, all the qualities of appearance will be naturally accomplished simultaneously. However, the secret mantra method of
